            Really happy to find this pet friendly hotel. We were travelling with our cats and needed a place to stay. What an amazing find 🙏
            The only thing was the breakfast, as no options for gluten and lactose free food, no vegan options either.

            Clean, really nice staff. Really good breakfast.
            Position near the noisy road.( the area is not really pedestrian friendly) There was quite a bad smell in the area. Might just be city's fault.

            The staff closed the entrance gate in the evening and at 8pm we had to go around the entire property and enter the facility through the wedding venue! It was wuite noisy from the wedding taking place at the restaurant downstairs

            First morning buffet breakfast was okay, but no waiter service to check if we required anything that was not laid out on the table. This was disappointing as the second , Second day we had to order something eat as there was no buffet breakfast, and third day there was no waiter or breakfast in restaurant. We had to go to reception to ask for breakfast and we were within the breakfast time limit. This was utterly disappointing.
            Off course the breakfast service and also waiter or someone checking if we were okay or required anything., Even receptionist did not advise us that there was no breakfast laid out.

            Acceptable selection for breakfast, albeit no fresh water available. Good location, close to the places I was visiting during my stay. Easy access to food store, petrol station, bus stop, pharmacy, exchange office. Friendly cleaning staff.
            No hot water in the morning after evening power cut. No restaurant staff / no food at 7:15 in the morning. Lights off, front desk attendant sleeping, even no coffee... Disappointment :( The breakfast time is 7-10 am though. Moreover, I called the evening before and ask whether the breakfast will be available at 7 as I needed to go out early that day.

            Kindly advice for the receptionist, please look into your system if a customer came already 6 times or more to your hotel, for sure he knows he have to pay before leaving! Using Booking.com for reservations makes him more aware about this.
