upon arrival, the desk staff were dumbfounded that i had a reservation. while she looked at me as though i was a talking cat, i looked around me. it is the tackiest place ive ever seen. unfortunately, i had already paid so was stuck with it. went upstairs to find a very basic room, extremely small, it stank, no windows either. ordered room service, which also seemed to be a task beyond the comprehension of staff. if you've had a lobotomy, or were dropped on your head as a child, this is the workplace for you! food was average. and shortly after this meal was when our gut problems began (we've travelled before, eaten street food, never had it previously, three days later, still intense) in the evening while i lay down, feeling terrible, my husband attempted to step out for a snack, they stopped him and demanded to know what he was doing, made him wait while they phoned our room, which woke me up. i awoke too late to answer and immediately called back, "you called?" i asked, "no, maam" was the reply. they told him to leave the key at the desk. got breakfast in the morning which was complimentary. tried to make us pay. again, very average. honestly, go anywhere but here, unless you want to feel like a creepy tourist and have a desire for gastro and dealing with. also, when we handed the key in, the manager bolted up the stairs to presumably check the room in case we had stolen that ancient tv or 'trashed the room'. we didnt hang around to get his confirmation to leave.

i booked hotel for 10 days on line........it was rated 2 stars........ i would not give it a 1 star.......... there were mice or rats running in walls and day and night....... 2 of my 4 days i stayed there , the room was not cleaned. first morning of stay, called for the free breakfast, waited 1 hour, then went to lobey and waited longer, finially left to buy out. had to leave and fine new hotel after 4 days. but i paid for 10 days...... i see there are no refunds but, this was too bad a hotel to stay in, so i left 6 days early and paid for another hotel through your web site........ i beleive i should receive something back, just look at my 2 books and see i booked 6 days early on 2nd hotel
