This is one of the best places to relax in terms of everything. They are among those hotels who have the best staff, very friend;y, accommodating, courteous, polite, helpful, and they always smile. Excellent place to relax with nature. Very delicious food, big servings. Very sumptuous breakfast. The room was very big, clean, with wifi and cable tv. We will definitely go back again! Thumbs up for the management for managing the staff and hotel and ambience and service of the place.

We stayed here for 2 days with my sister and 2 kids. No hassle during check-in since we exceeded the # of guests that I provided in the online booking. Instead, they politely recommend us to upgrade our room with an additional cost (some hotels dont do that). The room is clean. The breakfast is surprisingly better than in some hotels! The kids had fun in the pool and we, adults, had fun on the beach as well. We will be going back for sure! Highly recommended!

Beach Friendly, Staff was more helpful than its luxurious counterpart”
I love the fact that the beach swim area is not too deep and the fact that it is located in a cove means it wasn't wavy so our toddlers was relatively safe to swim in it. The pool was also nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Food was good. Value for money definitely.

It was nice staying at the hotel, though upon check out we found out that our var vehicle has beed damage, the security of the hotel should be more vigilant in checking and protecting the guest vehicle especially that it was inside on their premises.

Considering the choices on the area, Vitalis White Sand would be the best option. The location is beach front, you can enjoy the sand anytime of the day. The food was cheap but incredibly great (kudos to the chef). Facilities is quite not that great since it past one's prime (need to be upgraded). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 3days and 2 nights. The weather was not good, due to season i guess. Beach is clean but not good for swimming due to weather. Good thing they had pool. Room is not what we expected it will be. For room, comfort room is small. Beds are uncomfortable because they just combine 2 single beds and make it appear 1 bed. I can feel the edge from time to time. They do not offer breakfast buffet during our stay due to hotel occupancy rate. But they serve a generous breakfast. You can have additional without any cost. They serve salad and fruits. We had lunch in their restaurant during our 2nd day, and every dish they serve is definitely 5 stars. Its worth every penny we spent. Generous serving, freshly cooked, served hot, fresh ingredients. We end up having our dinner here too instead of the initial plan of going out to try other restaurant. The room may not reached our standard but the FOOD and the Friendly and accommodating staffs balances everything.

Family Friendly, awesome breakfast”
Overall, we had a lot of fun in the resort. breakfast was very nice, a lot of food choices and tastes good too. All staff were friendly and approachable. You need to fix facilities in the hotel especially the room. Bed was broken when we arrived, some of the wood from the wall design (not sure what its called) were about to fall off.
