Rooms are small. Breakfast spread seemed bigger but did not contain any tummy full type of dish. Spices and salt in gravy items such as sambhar,bhaji was not upto mark.

Great location and amazing staff”
The rooms are spacious. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms are big with separate standing shower and a tub. Standard facilities like safe, study table, iron with board available &hair dryer available. The place is in close proximity of old Goa and many of the traditional attractions. Beach is a 10 min walk. Dona Paula also not too far, around 2km from this hotel. However, the overall size of the property is quite small, not much empty space around. However, the view from the terrace is good. The Mynt restaurant serves excellent food. The breakfast spread was also amazing. Every staff member was very pleasant and responsive. Cheers to the mgt team for creating that culture. Need to make a special mention of Mr Vikram Singh. Due to a family urgency we had to curtail our journey and check-out 2 days before the scheduled date. According to the booking t&c, it required at least 72 hrs notice or pay a penalty of 1 days rent. However, he was considerate to our circumstance and allowed early check-out without penalty. Really appreciate that gesture. It would make me go back to a Vivanta again in future.

At check in we were not told what's available in package, at checkout again confusion. Never ever Book Pay Later from Agod .it's probably Agodas mis information rather incomplete information.. Hotel has good staff but number is very less so quantity hampered Hotel is not exactly beach access but has Main Road in between some trees and small walkway Quality is definitely not at par with Taj

The stay in Vivanta was an overpriced experience.. The breakfast was very well spread and the roof top lounge has an excellent view. However the standard rooms have a view of the shady broken shacks across the road . The room was very neat and room service was prompt. The pool is very small and does not have a child section, the room we stayed had faulty switch system and had issues. The service on ala carte was very slow specially on the roof top. There are interns working who are dobutful about your room and I was asked my room no multiple times , I suggest they should carry a note pad rather than making a mental note. I feel with this money you can see your can really have a lot more options.

Good choice for business travelers but not for tourist as beach is not accessible and do not have good view. Good food , facilities. Hotel staff is very supportive specially Aditya helped a lot to suggest several useful ideas
