Exceptional”
Very upscale. Somehow, we ended up with their family suite and a queen room. The family suite has an attached kitchen. The hotel is very modern. Its right by the highway but still very quiet. We took a tricycle, whom the guard got for us, and went to McDonalds nearby. The guard waited for our return. We felt very safe. Bathrooms are spacious. Shower pressure is great. Had hot and cold showers. A/C is strong. Will stay again. Wifi is fast.

Nice & simple hotel but facilities are lacking like for example bidet /sprinkler/double lock & fire extinguiser. Staff are courteous and accomodating. Far from the city center and restaurant/eatery is also far. We take more time to get a tricycle for us to have our dinner because their restaurant is close .

Just a so-so hotel”
There was a shadow figure at the parking lot. Breakfast was ham egg and plain rice, and they called it a buffet but you can only have 2 slices of ham. Not enough seating during breakfast. Toilets and pillows were not properly cleaned. I asked them to change our pillow but they replaced with a pillow with the same condition. Bottled water are not free when you consume your bottled room in your room. No gym, no pool. We even complained because we can hear the other guests screaming and laughing out loud in the middle of the night.

Awful breakfast”
Not Happy at all, breakfast served very cold did not eat our breakfast. Have to checked out early to had our breakfast somewhere. Bathroom stink and not safe because it was slippery no mat provided to dry your feet. One of the staff is not bad but the rest don't know what they are doing. We want to order our dinner but they don't have its only gone past 8 pm. There is no nearby restaurant. Never comeback this place again.

We booked the two queen sized bed. It is really queen sized! The hotel is instagam worthy! The bathroom has big space. The breakfast foods are value for money. The staffs are nice. Near to the city just 5 mins from the capitol. Our room don't have mirror and shelves because it is newly build room since its peak season they decided to use it but they will upgrade the new rooms eventually. I saw some tiny cockroach? and I recommend to turn off the light outside the room since the province has some 'kulisap'- flying insects, and they are attracted to the lights.

small but cute”
A very cute small hotel with prices you can afford. The staff was very friendly. The only not nice about it was it was not noise proof..You can hear doors closing and opening. You can also hear the guest talking as they walk thru the corridor. It will be hard to relax specially if the guest are not polite to other guest.. The breakfast was the same evryday. If you are traveling on a budget with a lot of patince considering the noise this is the hotel for you.

It was very nice! staff were accomodating. room was very spacious. We booked the quad room and it was super nice!! This is a nice hotel with value for money. You will not waste your money, this is cheap yet very cozy and high standard! We will defintely come back!

room upgraded for free”
We reserved two rooms (one standard twin room and one standard triple room) but they upgraded our rooms to one standard triple and one standard quardruple room! So instead of sharing beds, each of us has his/her own bed. And not only that, the supposedly free breakfast for two for each room became free breakfast for three and four! What a good deal. We are so happy.

When it comes to budget this hotel is a good place to stay. The room is clean and the aircon is very cold, when we check-in they manage to change our room to family room with additional cost :) . For their toilet, they should install a bidet on their toilet bowl. They don't provide toiletries. For the breakfast don't expect too much at first you thought its a buffet but it's not.

Spacious,nice family suite room ”
Nice quiet hotel for an overnight stay, friendly hotel staff, newly renovated so the room is still fresh, spacious (I booked a family suite) for a family of 3 to 4, but will be cramped for over 4, efficient airconditioning. toiletries not complete so bring your own shampoo and conditioner( good thing i always bring my own),the room was clean but they can improve more, the hotel should consider getting pestcon to eliminate the ants hovering in the room and even bathroom floor and sink.I had to boil water to eliminate the pesky ants (take note- red ants and they sting when they bite) Another downside was the complimentary breakfast, the hotel served only 2 small pcs of longganisa and about 2 spoons of omelet with of course a cup of rice that you have to collect by yourself (I suggest the hotel should comsider serving the breakfast instead)I overheard othet hotel guests complaining, sharing the sentiment of my 2 sons who are used to buffet bealfast. If you book for a standard room, this is ok, but not if you paid for a suite room. Still, better than nothing. Anyway, they have a nice coffee shop, La Bonita, to fill up the still hungry palate. Location is accessible to orher restaurants especially if you have a car. There was a power interruption after breakfast, the hotel has no generator, luckily it was just for a few minutes. The cable went out even after the power resumed and until we checked out.
