My room was clean, organized except that the bed was uncomfortable. Highly recommended for short stay and overnights. Basic appliances such as tv, fridge, water heater and complete toiletries are provided. Hotel is accessible and easy to find within Clark Freeport

Wonderfull new hotel choice in Clark Freezone”
We absolutely loved this new hotel! We did not want to stay in the city, rather better to be close to the airport and clark freezone/air force city. Exceptional rooms, service, food etc. Nice and quiet but 7-11 and minimart nearby. Owner and managers the BEST!! Beautiful architecture and design. We WILL be back when we travel through Clark!

Comfy but Diffcult for Commuters ”
Place is relatively new, but location is not too reachable. It is within Clark Freeport Zone where only one route of jeepney can reach the area. You have to walk a few meters to reach it from the drop off point of the jeepney. It is not commuter-frienACdly, but if travelling with car may be fine. The hotel has a 24-hr service car available where they charge P200 for destinations within Clark Freeport. Hotel staff are accommodating. They will address all your needs and assist in every way they can. The electric outlets are not the standard ones we have at home, thus you need to borrow adapters from the reception or bring one because they are not always available. Wifi connection in each room is fast. Hotel is Korean-owned, so expect Korean-made appliances and other things inside the hotel.

Excellent accommodation and service ”
I have not much to say because we just stayed there for the night. We should be staying there for a longer period to really feel how the experience would be. Should we decide to go back to Clark we would definitely return to the hotel for our accommodation.

1. Value for money - cheaper than other hotels in Clark Freeport Zone 2. Location - 10 minutes drive to Fontana 3. Cleanliness - The room is clean. 4. Staff - Guard is helpful; Receptionist is accommodating. 5. Facilities - The room and toilet are big enough. The 4-feet pool is a plus.

Not a bad experience ”
Driving is probably the only convienent option in clark. We arrived late at about 1130pm but was unable to check into our room due to rooms being infested( with no idea what). However, the counter staff was very nice and polite, they explained to us that they will give us two connecting room instead . we waited for the rooms to be cleaned and checked in. The staff was really nice with excellent service. Room was not sound proof and very noisy in the middle of the night.

If you are first timer in this hotel its hard for you to locate the area, but if you get in the hotel it is easy for you to find it in your next travel here. Because you find it easily 'cause it is near in the Parade Ground were people are having some activities like jogging, picnic, and etc. and its 10 mins away from the airport. When I get there the hotel staff's are accommodating and hospitable, and I find the area of the hotel is very peaceful and I feel secure.The ambiance of the room is inviting to relax in your staying in the hotel.

The hotel is near Clark airport around 5 -7 mins. drive. However, the place is not easy to find so we used Google map to locate the place. The staffs are really helpful and polite especially Gail (night-shift receptionist).

Oldie but goodie.”
It seems like an old hotel but it's good for its price range and actually has a certain "vintage" charm about it. The staff can be better trained, especially the reception, to look, act and talk more smart but everyone was approachable enough so I guess that's okay.

The place was good and the price was great. Because I booked for a twin deluxe price and they gave me a junior suite room coz all the deluxe rooms we’re fullybooked. Actually there’s only one downside the made me think not to recommend this place is their aircondition. They have this korean aircondition system that has led light that can only be turned off if you turned off the aircondition. I tried to turn off the aircon coz it’s a little bit cold that already but then the light didn’t turned off. I was not able to sleep the whole night.

Not a 3-star hotel”
The hotel does not have a record of our reservation when we checked-in (no integration with Agoda?!). Consequently, no room was available for us and we were asked to come back after 3 hours. The room & amenities are passable, though not thoroughly comfortable. The shower area does not have a partition, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet and slippery. The WiFi router resets every 5 seconds so it is almost impossible to do even simple browsing. There are only Japanese and Korean channels on TV. The only good things about the hotel is the Korean set breakfast and the friendliness and promptness of the staff.

the room was big. it can accomodate 4 pax. the hotel is a bit old. its very accesible by car. the hotel staff that assisted us needs to be trained on how to accommodate guests. when we entered, she was barefoot and kept talking to someone over the phone. very impolite!

would not book again”
The room was not real clean . The sheets had a cigarette burn in it. The Bathroom towels smelled of cigarettes. There is not a lot of choices for restaurants near by. When you book online breakfast was not included. The room was dusty as well. The only upside was the beds were comfortable. The outside of hotel was beautiful but unfortunately they do not put the same care into their rooms. Staff wise the Guard was very helpful and polite.

Old hotel w large rooms”
Rooms was surprisingly large- twin was actually a 2 bedroom. Staff was very courteous and helpful. But room & facilities were old. Our toilet kept clogging up, and there were some insects inside the room. We got it mainly for proximity to parade grounds.

Train your staff to not shout at each other at a distance in front of guests, it’s very unprofessional. Also, the pillow case has stains. The room is made everyday but they never replaced the dirty pillowcase. The phone is not working. The slippers in the room are worn out. The tv channels are blurry except for a few channels. I know I didn’t spend much but I also didn’t expect service like this. Please improve your services. Your guard is very helpful and assisted well, kudos to him.

Location is good. parking was easy. Major problem was linens were somewhat wet (probably because it was raining and they were not thoroughly dried). Pool was great :)
