The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable! We had an infant and a travel cot and there was planets of room for all 3 of us! Excellent facilities, in a fantastic location! Easy walk To Canberra shops and restaurants and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect except paid tv channels like FOXTEL Fox sports, arena, showcase, BBC world news, movies channels were not working. Kitchen lack of dishwashing scrub. Wifi is great, location is perfect, swimming pool is cold, hot heated, sauna, an outdoor tennis court, table-tennis table. Very secured too.

Great place to stay, close to shops, theatre, gallery, eateries. Walk to all of these, good little units, self contained with laundry facilities. Has everything you need, can cook if you want or eat out in many close restaurants. Only issue is that parking is limited and can't be booked but on this trip it was cheaper to park at the Civic shops.

We’ve been staying here for years but the place is is in great need of a facelift. The rooms and facilities look tired and old and are in need of paint and new lounges (at the very least). Staff are lovely and very helpful and it’s in a great location.

When you turn up and are told that what I say I booked isn't so. Thankfully I had my booking information in my phone so I could prove I wasn't lying. So either Agoda or Nesuto messed up. Either way it shouldn't have happened. Nesuto Canberra location great, no facilities so thankfully walking distance to everything I needed.

No breakfast as the cafe was closed, no pool or sauna without warning (they were the reasons why I booked this accommodation),no roof top balcony access from early evening (even the evening receptionist had no idea it's not open 24 hours a day) and the receptionist we dealt with during the day had no hospitality skills (not even a good morning, thank you or smile). His attitude totally ruined our happy holiday mood. Only good thing about this place is the location.
