Excellent V4M but not the nicest area”
I was GRANDPAcking in Roxas for 3 nights ... I had come to try out their famous seafood. It was a Double Aircon room with ensuite, cable TV, and cold water shower. There was no in-room wifi (the free wifi was only at reception). The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy. My room was a reasonable size. The bed was a small Double and was firm but comfortable. The Cable TV was clear and had many Sports and Movie channels to choose from. It came with a wall mirror, a small wardrobe, and desk with chairs. The ensuite was clean and a reasonable size. It would have been better if it had a shelf to put things on and a mirror over the sink. Due to the thick concrete walls, I could not get a wifi signal in my room (which was only 10m from reception): neither from the hotel’s wifi nor my own mobile phone. It was good value for money. The Wallabies has a pleasant riverfront setting. But, it is a bit of a run-down area and you have to walk 200m to get out of that area.

Went there with my best friend. The location is good as it's near iconic Roxas City landmarks. There is free Wi-Fi, however the signal is strong in the hallway and the lobby. The staff are friendly. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Roxas City.

Exceeded our expectations for a budget hotel. Most convenient hotel to stay in when visiting Roxas as it is located a stones-throw away from the tourist spots. They also offer tour packages for those planning to visit Gigantes Islands. All staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best Stay for Travelers”
The hotel was new so it has fully furnished rooms with complete facilities. The staff were very helpful and even offered to book through agoda since it was cheaper. Overall, one should stay here if they want comfort and luxury of a new hotel in Roxas City

This is a new hotel , my room was very nice and comfortable , everything was very neat and clean , l will definately stay there again , it's not far from the city centre and is an easy walk to the local Malls and if you don't want to walk a tricycle ride is 20 ps ,

Very clean and well appointed for a hotel of this class”
Good value for money, very clean and well appointed facilities in this newly built hotel. Very good comfort and security level, not often found in this price range. Good nearby restaurants offering quality food and a pleasant walk, or short ride to city centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and Clean”
The room and the bathroom are both spacious and clean. Although there was some smell from the drain, the bathroom exhaust helped remove it. The hotel is located by the river and close to the town center. The internet didn't work for computers but worked for phones/tablets. We were able to make it work for our laptops but this is not easy if you don't know much about computers. The air-condition and hot shower worked well. The room doesn't have windows which made us feel like the sun never comes up which caused us to oversleep. :) Nonetheless, we had a great stay and would comeback here again.

Affordable but doesn't come cheap. The bed is nice and clean. You can conveniently and safely walk from hotel to plaza (park, city hall, etc).

Newly renovated hotel”
The hotel's location is walking distance to the plaza and some restaurants. The hotel is clean and has all the basic things a traveler needs...staff is good and helpful but one of the counter personnel doesn't seem to know some of the questions I asked about the surrounding places. Maybe she's not from there...

Affordable if compared to other accommodations in the city but a little bit pricey considering there are less tourist attractions in Roxas compared to other cities. Aircon can get a little hot sometimes.

Good hotel for the money”
The hotel is small 2-star hotel, but the staff was helpful and its location is central and convenient. AC worked good, the water pressure was a bit low. Very good for the price for 1-2 day stay.

Location is really good. It is stones throw to the plaza and other tourists spots in the city. It is also accessible to all other tourists spots. It is clean except for the rusty smell of water from the lavatory.

The HOTEL is Clean and New”
The hotel is clean and newly constructed. The bed is comfortable. The ac is cold and the hotel is near the church. They have a small flat screen TV with cable channels. The staff are nice too.

Location is near the heart of the City and have easy access. Building is new and generally clean, however we made the reservation in advance and called to request and ensure our rooms are just next to each other but was not noted hence we have to wait until they got confirmation from the other guest if they can move to another room. Daytour offered and was given a discount but were not able to go to all tourist spots were suppose to go. were expecting to have at least half day tour but we just had 2 hours tour for 4 place. Also they offered a discounted rate for our transportation to the hotel but it was cancelled due to emergency. Was offered alternate option as one of their guards has tricy but were given over price rate. He was asking for the same rate as the SUV car rate provided.

overnight stay 1 Night”
When checking in, the staff did not know about our reservation, we searched and searched for the paperwork. Sad! Room was on the ground floor, ok. Room equipment is getting old, old. Construction work a day, you could not rest from the trip! Although relatively close to town, nevertheless, always a trycicle must be booked! There is also a cold cereal ala card, only chipped with ice! Toilet paper must be bought at the reception, if it is in stock! Even more sad! On the day of departure, we ordered two sandwiches and two coffees for breakfast, Sandwitsches were not available, coffee came only after the second call. Conclusion: If your Buget is sufficient, book slightly more expensive rooms in Roxas-City. This room is suitable as an assembly room or for certain hours. For our return we had blindly booked the room and paid, Have not taken it (now show) have booked another hotel.

Value for money stay”
Stayed in December with my mom and dad. The location was a bit far from the capitol hence waiting for a tricycle takes some time. It was near the capitol though so you can walk if the sun isnt too hot. Wifi is good as well as the beds. The comfor room just had a funny smell. our flight was in the late afternoon so we requested for an extended stay at a very cheap price. staff was very friendly and helpful too.
