Great location and good value for one night stay”
3-min walk to King's Cross Station, super great location and the price is reasonable. The staff is friendly. The room I stayed in is at 2F, the stairs are steep, I was carrying a 20kg 27" suitcase and its still somewhat manageable. The room is small but it has everything you need, and you still get to open the suitcase in the room, that's great beyond my expectation. I only spent a night so this is great to me. Could imagine if I have to stay longer the room would be a bit too small. But really, recommended for a short stay as it's really convenient location and at great value.

Awesome Stay”
I’ve spent 2 nights in Wardonia and it was very awesome and very close to the King’s Cross train station.

The location is good. Near shops and eateries.”
Walking distance to Euston Station, where we are suppose to take the train going to Liverpool. The Service is good, they clean the room and change all the towels everyday during our 5 days we stay. The only problem is there is no lift. Gonna be hard if you’re room is at the 3rd or 4th floor and you have large luggages.

Good location”
It's near King's cross station. The room is very small but it's ok if you would like to stay in London and take underground and trains. There is a heater in the room. There are staff 24 hours and they are nice. The location is also good to find some food both day and night time.

Best location and very good service”
The location was perfect when we were going with train from King’s Cross. Comfortable rooms and very nice staff.

Great location ”
The location is great, very near to King's Cross and easy to get to. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room is tiny though. Barely enough space to put my 25 inch luggage. Would suggest more hooks or towel racks in the bathroom, will help!

Basic but comfortable”
Have to say this was a good stay. It was only short and the fire alarm went off just as we went to sleep and we were up to travel shortly after. No complaints, would stay here again for convenience of location.

Small but clean ”
Very small single, nice comfy single bed clean ensure with good shower. Ideal for overnight but if you like space look for a bigger room

Comfortable and convenient”
We stayed one night here before heading off to Paris at St Pancras station which is just around the corner. Convenient and handy (there's a nice pub next door). We found it cramped (2 adults and 1 toddler) even with the largest room available though. Acceptable for us as it was just for an overnight stay.

You get what you pay for”
I shouldn't have gone cheap, but this was a poor hotel. Tiny room, or should I say sweat box, the toilet didn't flush - although in fairness they fixed that, no hot water in the morning.. Couldn't wait to check out

Acceptable”
Old and worn out hotel. Tiny room without aircon. Shower not working properly. Walking distance to Kings Cross.

Old, mouldy, crampy, noisy and dirty. Avoid if you can.”
The only advantage is 2 mins walk from St. Pancras.

Nice stay in clean & budget hotel in downtown”
Nice stay in a clean budget hotel in Central London. The check-in staff was very attentive and took the initiative to change my room to ground level and near to hotel entrance when he noticed i had quite heavy luggage. The location was superb as it is within few mins walk to Kings Cross -St Pancras station where i took trains to and from London. The WIFI can be improved as you need to key in the passkey each time you want to access wifi. This can be rather bothersome esp when you have to key in the passkey several times each evening. Overall, the experience is pleasant

Best choice for a single traveller”
I couldn't have loved it any better. I was travelling alone and I couldn't imagine how lucky I would be for choosing this hotel when I booked it. Everything was perfect and trust me, I never write reviews unless I hate or love any place. But this hotel was exactly what I needed. I felt like I was in my own loft, really small and cosy in the city center of London. I could see the St Pancras Station from my bedroom window (it's a 3 minute walk distance) and the first thing they handed me was the wifi password. The staff was REALLY helpful and nice. I felt really welcomed by them and I told them that when I left. I was in a floor with only other 2 rooms and if I had to complain about anything, I'd say the heat, because the bathroom is really hot - I travelled in August with 35ºC But I didn't mind that much because I could sleep with the window opened, since there wasn't much noite. On cleanliness, I had washed towels and sheets everyday and everything was clean. Bottom line, I totally recommended this hotel, especially if you're travelling by yourself. :)

Perfectly Fine Budget Hotel”
If you're looking for a decently priced budget hotel for a few nights, Wardonia is a perfectly fine option. It's conveniently located right across the street from King's Cross and Pancras stations, amongst a clutch of other similar hotels, and as long as your expectations are tempered, I think you'll be happy with it, particularly by European budget hotel standards. My single room was tiny -- which is common in this price category in Europe -- but clean, and had an en-suite bathroom that was similarly tiny and clean. The bed was actually fairly comfortable, and nice amenities like wall-mounted flat-screen television and coffee facilities were nice.

Perfect overnight stay”
I stayed at the Wardonia Hotel for one night in July. I was transiting from Wales to Paris and had an early morning train to Paris, so I needed a hotel that was close to St. Pancras Station. The rooms are very small, you wouldn't want to spend a lot of time there or any number of nights, but for my purposes, it really was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were very clean. Check-in/out was fast and easy. No air con, but that's fairly standard in Europe. Bring some ear plugs in the event you are staying on the street side of the hotel as there are a lot of other similar hotels in that area and people are usually out on the street at night. Overall, a positive experience!

Out of my surprise”
I was on honeymoon to London with my wife with a tight budget. We book this hotel just because of the location as it is very near the train station and We do not expect much with the price we book. But when we arrived out of our surprise, the warm was clean, the staff are very friendly, the toilet are clean, neat and looks new too. The only downfall was the room size, but with my previous experience in London and the price i paid, I can say it is value for money. As long as the room are neat and comfortable, size really doesn't matter to us. We had a good stay in Wardonia Hotel. =)

A fantastic hotel ”
This place is great. Very clean and well kept, the staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating . I knew them all by name on day 2 ! The location could not be better right next to kings cross st pancras station. And the price was fantastic for such a great location with great pubs and restaurants on the doorstep . I will definitely stay here again and I recommend it highly.

Compact room but very convenient”
The hotel is extremely convenient for Kings Cross mainline station, the purpose of using it. The staff were always helpful and courteous, and provided useful guidance on where to eat out - there is no catering in the hotel. The room was small with a tiny shower room, but that was exactly what was said in their notes. The room contained everything that one might reasonably need for a fairly short stay. The price is remarkably low for somewhere so close to central London. I had no problems whatsoever with my stay at the Wardonia, and will happily go there again and/or suggest to others that they make use of as a convenient pied-a-terre.
