"I didn't have second thoughts of booking in this hostel just after I read the reviews and saw from the pictures where the location was. I wanted a place out of London in a place like this. So relaxing as ever. Wish I had the time to stay longer. Great location especially the view overlooking the lake and seeing all the swans ducks. Helpful staffs. A good restaurant just inside the hostel as well which serves food for the last orders before 9pm. You can also borrow a hair dryer and give a deposit of £5 then get it back after returning. Bus ride is just a 2mins walk. Very accessible to all. You can even walk going to the city center by just 15mins. Good way for a walking exercise though. I'll surely recommend this hostel to everyone. You won't regret it. Cons: No early check-in. Exactly 2pm. Breakfast isn't free. Pay £6.50 from 730am onwards. "

This is a great quality hotel with very welcoming and professional staff in all areas of the hotel. Excellent standard of food and wine in the restaurant and at reasonable prices, topped-off with a really good quality breakfast. A pat on the back for everyone at the Waterhead Hotel!
