We loved our stay, really clean and generous-sized rooms! Great little breakfast downstairs in the morning. The only point I would make is that the walls are super thin, so bring earplugs. Luckily, always do so we were fine, but we had some really noisy neighbours at 2 in the morning which could have been a nightmare.

Waterhouse inn is well situated for bars,cafes,and restaurants. Also close to beautiful walks and close to the river leven for boat trips along loch lomond. Well worth the visit will go back to this place again. Breakfast and lunch at the waterhouse inn was really lovely and Jan who was working at breakfast and lunch she was lovely and nice to everyone who came in for something to eat and drink made everyone very welcome.

Wedding visit”
We travelled and stayed here for a wedding. Staff so helpful. Room wasn’t quite ready on arrival but happily allowed us to leave bags and check in before we attended wedding. Had breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. We would definitely stay here again and will return with our children for lunch in a day out. Thank you 😊

Lovely accommodation right in the heart of Balloch, large room looking out onto Balloch country park, parking no problem, staff friendly, and helpful, would definitely stay their again.

The hotel room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was brilliant. Friendly staff member checked us in and gave us information about the location. Would stay again. The only downside was no food on Mondays or Tuesdays but the were plenty of options nearby.

Excellent B&B ”
The room was big and had everything we needed. The location is 5 minutes away from the train station and that’s walking. The breakfast is not included in the price but it was not too expensive. I totally recommend the Balloch House for dinner which is two minutes walk away from the B&B

Well located, friendly staff”
Well located for Balloch Country Park and access to the Loch. Lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly. Booked kayaking lessons with Calamity Kayaking in Balmaha and had a fantastic time. Sweeney’s cruises also recommended for a trip round the Loch. Great coffee and hot/cold rolls in shop next door at very reasonable prices.

Central hotel, basic but good for a stopover. Staff were really friendly. Some of the linen could do with an update, unfortunately one of the towels had mascara stains on it. Overall pretty cheap considering the location.
