Very Well Done”

This was a superior deal. If on season rates you will pay more but if you are used to great service and are not scared paying for it, this place is great. If you get the off season rate as we did, you will be spoiled with a room like this. On top of it all, you get the great attention of a great staff, lead by a pure professional. The local manager when we checked in was Superb! I could not have been more please with the attention that she gave us in offering extra advise and giving all we needed to know. To top it all off, this hotel was 2 stop lights from Disney. How can you beat that? A++ I havenever given a higher rating on Agoda. This is the place to stay when in Orlando.

I spent 3 nights here, tons of impressive feeling for this hotel. I booked via agado that gave me interesting rate. I did not expect to meet a very nice ,clean and full facilities at here with booked price. But first time, we entered my room, like a dream, really beyond our expectation. We were so happy with a short distance from shopping mall and not far from disney theme parks. Thanks God for lead me chose this hotel. Our dream comes true!!

There is a huge safe in the one bedroom unit. The vertical blinds do shut out all lights at night if you adjust them properly. There are huge windows and a washer and dryer in the unit and a full stove with an overn. I have 2 bathrooms in this one bedroom unit. There is a shuttle to take you to the much bigger Westgate Town Center. There are many restaurants in close walking distance as well as Walmart. Bus 55 goes right by the resort on Highway 192 so you don't need a car. I am extremely happy with my one bedroom unit.

the rooms were excellent. everything we needed. staff at chexkin were super friendly and made us feel welcomed and not luke just another customer. I chose this stay due to location and the available shuttle service to theme parks. I was disappointed when I discovered that the shuttle was only to Epcot and only had 2 return shuttles. My thought was shuttle to all the Disney parks. outside of that, everything was phenominal.

Good place for the dollar”

It was good. Place is reasonably clean and nice, though the rooms could use some updating. We were not in our rooms much though as we were at Disney, very close by, for long days. Location, therefore, is one of the best features. (Oddly, there are some some kind of run down businesses nearby, which was unexpected, but didn't impact our stay.)

Great Choice”

Arrived yesterday, staff was wonderful. Gave us several choices for rooms. Very clean has everything you need. Bed comfy, room huge. One bedroom villa has 2 full bathrooms, Livingroom, kitchen, giant patio with table 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs. We love it, full fridge stove and microwave. Unit also has a washing machine and dryer. They supply all soaps for dishwasher and laundry. We also have a walk in shower and spa tub. Wifi ok, Only complaint we have is the outside lights are on 24 hours and with only blinds on the windows too bright at night. Pools are a little cold. Resort very clean. I would stay longer had I known it was this nice. Wish we were staying longer

Book room for 6 days and booked for a seven day. and i was charged double what I was charged . Had coffee for the coffee maker the first night never received any coffee for the rest of the trip.same for laundry soap to I guess you have to ask for everything that you might need. Definitely not worth the price they charged

I booked for 4 adults + 1 child age 14 yrs. old but when we came to the villas there’s no sofa for ”

For the 14th yr. old to sleep. I’ve called the front desk to request a sofa or extra bed but she told me my booking is only for 4 adults. I was not very happy & I was mad. It ended the 14 yr. old had to sleep on the floor. This is a really bad experience for me & everyone in the room. I’m thinking not to book with Agoda anymore for what happened.

Cleaning staff didn't not wash my dishes. Toilets weren't working properly. The pots and utensils were cheap quality. Bad ventilation.

The entire facility has a horrible stench of marijuana. No matter where you go. Elevator, rooms, hallway. Even if went outside and try to get fresh air you’ll be smacked with nauseating smell of pot. It doesn’t seem like it’s customers because it’s literally everywhere through out the building. This place should do a drug test for its employees or let customers know this place is heaven for potheads, not kid friendly. It wasn’t one random day it was through the entire three day stay 24/7. The hotel is baked!

ディズニーとユニバーサルを訪れるために４泊した。基本的にテーマパークと部屋を行ったり来たりする毎日だったので、ホテルのプールその他はほとんど利用しなかったが、充実していることはわかった。部屋は１ベッドルーム・Villa（スイート）を借りたが、とても広く、また生活に必要な設備は全て整っており快適だった。隣の部屋が夜までうるさかったのでフロントに苦情を言ったらすぐに対応してくれ、静かになった。 残念なところがあるとすれば、インターネット接続。優良なうえ、スピードが遅かった（スピードが遅かったのはもしかしたら年末年始だったからかもしれないが）。
