Everything is nice, but the taxi they cooperate.”
Rooms, swimming pool, massage, and breakfast are so good. Only one bad is the taxi they cooperate. The taxi they called seems not the big chain company. The car didn’t have taximeter or they just hide it, or the driver will bargain with you. I suggest that you should call taxi by yourself. Be honest, as a five star hotel, they should not cooperate taxi like this. It will let their reputation decline.

We were disappointed with the quality of Westlake Hotel - Vinh Phuc”
Although the price was rather high, the buffeet in the evening of 29/4/2019 was very bad (not delicious, not fresh, slowly serving, too little...). The breakfast of 30/4/2019 was not good (the room was not large enough for guests and food was poor). Other services (kid zone, relaxation...) was not ok. In conclusion, we were disappointed.

빈옌에서 지은지 얼마 안 된 호텔입니다. 외국인보다는 현지 이용객들이 대부분입니다. 가격대에 비해 시설이 좋고 방도 넓은 편입니다. 수영장쪽 뷰 객실이 좀 더 넓습니다. 그러나 밤이나 아침에 수영장 이용객들때문에 시끄럽습니다. 베트남 자체가 소음에 대해 관대한 편이라 베트남인들이 대부분인 이 호텔에서 주말엔 소음에 조금 시달릴 수 있습니다. 수영장은 개장시간대가 길고 안전요원도 있어 즐겁게 이용했습니다. 레스토랑은 가격대가 거의 한국물가라 추천하지 않습니다. 가까이 있는 송홍호텔 레스토랑을 이용하시는 걸 추천드립니다. 조식은 대체로 평범하나 쌀국수가 맛있었습니다. 빈옌 자체가 그랩 이용이 힘들어서 호텔 택시를 많이 이용했습니다. 가격은 그랩 2배정도입니다. 빈옌에 간다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.
