No corkages fees of food and drinks upon accommodation. Bringing of extra appliances are not allowed. 12. We also have sari sari store inside the vicinity for food and drinks. 13. Caretakers stays inside the vicinity. If you need assistance,they will be willing to assist you. 14. No extension of check out time, caretakers needs to clean and prepare the Room for upcoming guests. 15. Staying beyond checkout time is 1000/hour. 16. Kindly confirm your arrival one day before your booking schedule. 17. Management is not liable for loss of personal property. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables. 18. For Prenup/Photoshoot we provide different rates. 19. You may not bring in personal furniture ,appliances without permission from the management. 20. Broken remote is 2,000 fee charge. 21. No objects other than toilet paper should be thrown into toilets. Please place hygienic products in the trash. Improper disposal can cause blockage of the sewage system. 22.
