I don’t think you could ask for more. Clean, beautiful location. Cabins are built in to the mountain side. Beach is white sand and soooo clean. Food was excellent. Staff was like family.

We had a lovely stay at WBF! What made it remarkable was the staff and food. All staff were kind and hospitable. Great customer service! Food were reasonably priced and have huge servings. If you are coming from Caticlan airport, use their contacts that could fetch you directly. Otherwise, it takes 3 rides to get there. Not to mention Hinugtan beach, it is like Boracay without the crowd and expensive restaurants. Locals visit on weekends and still you get to enjoy the stretch of the beach. Also, note that there is an on-going construction on the nearby property. This is out of their hands but hope that it could be done soon.

Travel at Quiet Place and Needs Improvement”
My fiancè enjoyed to have staycation with his colleagues as he and his workmate celebrate the small milestones when he is now a regular employee. One of these hidden paradise in the Philippines that must have to explore aside from Boracay Island and other famous tourist spots. The needs improvement of this accomodation is the water supply from irrigation not from the sea and also the future internet or wifi access for those who wants to work during vacation.

We love the place. Compared to Boracay, you can get the peace and quiet you want from this place. It is quite challenging to go to the resort but if you're into adventure, go for it. The staff are really accommodating and their partner habal driver is helpful too. The food is affordable and delicious.

The staff was great, they chat you right away and guide you to location. Food was prepared with care and very tasty. We enjoyed the beach because we were basically alone. There is Wi Fi load available, air con, and satellite tv. We enjoyed the service and everything was great. I don’t like crowds and this place didn’t have any. No garbage on beach. We enjoyed the water, sun, and quiet for two nights.

The 5hr drive from Iloilo City is worth it! The beach is secluded making it less touristy. Our cottage is clean with hot & cold shower and cable TV. There is no mobile signal but the resort has wifi (but not reliable). But who needs wifi when there’s a beautiful beach! There are other beaches nearby to explore accessible by trekking. The staff are very friendly and helpful, plus great selection of food! I will surely be back!

we arrived at the resort expecting a room ready because we already booked and paid for it only to wait fo 6 hours because the room is still occupied. Cant cook there and we are charged 150 pesos for every menu that we already have all the ingredients, 150 pesos for ihaw ng baboy, 150 pesos for ihaw ng bangus take note we already have all the ingredients

Nice beacht but really terrible location”
The beach is really nice and tidy and the cottage was also ok, but the accessibility is terrible and the car park's car park is at the top of a very steep mountain without decent bringing service. From the way at least 10 minutes walk through the jungle to get there. Too bad this information was not publicly available, 'cause if, we had never booked here. Also several times a day black-out and paid WiFi which isn't reliable for the costs. They wifi machines steal from you cause they don't count the money correctly. Fortunately the staff was very friendly.

A Very Pleasant Surprise”
We rented 2 cottages—a beachfront room & 2-bedroom bungalow. Beachfront room was v much worth the price esp given the great location & was just as advertised, but the 2-bedroom bungalow was an even better surprise. Basic price is for 4 people but can comfortably fit 6 (for a reasonable price per extra person), & maybe a maximum of 9. Very spacious, well ventilated, & more facilities than advertised: 2 restrooms (1 w a shower & bathtub), cooking area (w 2 stoves, grill, & brick oven!), etc. Staff was really courteous & accommodated us well (meal requests, payment problems w Agoda, etc). The food they served was also exceptional (their mango shake is a definite must-have). The long coastline itself was wonderful—not the finest white sand but perfectly lovely as is, w a view of some cliffs on both ends. Only caveat is the (relatively easy) 5-min trek if strong waves won't permit arriving by boat, & the 2-bedroom bungalow is 90 stone steps up, but negligible given how great our stay was.

+ Stunning hidden little paradise with white sandy beach, beautiful ocean view and amazing food! The cottage is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and polite. Communication with the owner was fast and good, she replied to all the messages straight away. - Access to the property is quite a mission- 30min tricycle ride from Caticlan to Alegria, then 15min boat trip from Alegria to Hinugtan beach because the road is still being built .. There is no signal and the water / electricity supply is weak - or none sometimes...

Excellent location, delicious food and very accomodating staff!!! Indeed, a tropical paradise 🌴🐚🐋🌴.The resort is really located in the beachfront. The sand is white and fine similar to Boracay. Dining in the beach from breakfast to dinner is amazing. Foods are affordable too! Bring your own snorkell to enjoy the snorkelling for free just infront of the resort, you do not need to ride a boat. They will give you a free glass of water from the pure fresh water spring, or you can walk into the jungle tract and fetch your own drinks, just bring your bottle and refill it. We have a lot of fun in paradise. 🏖🧜🏼♂️

We had a lovely stay at the resort. Agoda had double booked the resort, so we could not stay for the two days we planned. Hayde, the owner, was quick to arrange accommodation at their neighbors' hotel while we could still use their amenities which was excellent. The big plus of this resort is, that it is totally secluded and you basically have a private beach for yourself. The food is amazing and I can recommend trying anything they have on their menu, but you really have to try the whole roasted chicken, Delicious! Big thumbs up for the friendly staff and Resley who can easily bring a smile on your face!

It was a great experience. The place was relaxing and calming. It's a place where you can find solitude. It's a good place to unwind and have quality time with family and friends. The room was quite a challenge, but the view is stunning. Imagine waking up to the beautiful scenery and to the sound of the waves. It gives a homey feeling. The services were fast. The staff are easy to talk with and are always available. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. The dining area is spectacular; good food and good view = perfect! The place is unspoiled. It is picturesque and there are many photo zones, too! The ocean below is as vibrant and as inviting as the place above. I had a pleasant time snorkeling. It is not far away from the shore, so it's also great for non-swimmers and beginners. 꼭 돌아올 것이다. [I will definitely comeback.] 좋은 경험 고마워. [Thank you for the great experience]
