Bad experience with the staff”

My sister had a bad experience of the staff asking her to pay tax,when i already paid online all the days of stay and tax included and even asking her how much we paid for,however in this kind of issue they can refer to the booking confirmation and charges or should check and clarify first on there side before asking the guest for payment.

Phù hợp với người không dùng mạng trong khách sạn”

Vị trí khách sạn tốt, ngay gần Vincom và trung tâm, đi bộ đến nhiều địa điểm ăn uống trung tâm. Có người dọn phòng, thay khăn hàng ngày. Phòng nhỏ, ấm nhưng cách âm kém, nghe đc âm thanh tứ phía. Khách sạn không có mạng , cho dù cục wifi ngay trong phòng nhưng kết nối vào thì ko vào được mạng. Điều hoà có chế độ sưởi nhưng cũ rồi nên mỗi lần phả hơi là như vận nội công, rồi kêu i i kiểu thiết bị mạch bên trong làm sao đó nên mình phải tắt cho đỡ nhức đầu. Phòng có 1 chú gián tá túc hôm thì ở phòng ngủ hôm lại chạy vào phòng tắm.

Phòng nhỏ và bí Mình đặt trước nhưng đến nơi phải chờ 3h sau mới có phòng vì khách sạn cho khách nghỉ giờ ở nên k có phòng Phòng tắm ko sạch sẽ lắm, tối và cách âm kém nên vọng tiếng từ các phòng phía trên Phòng bí nên cảm thấy thiếu không khí và khó thở, ngủ k ngon giấc
