Great experience with White Rock”
We went for my 3 yrs old kid birthday to relax and stay away from the city after 2 years of pandemic. White Rock never fails our trip and all staff is polite, Helpful, friendly and accommodating. We never experience any hassle and issues during our 3 days stay and my family were satisfied how staff treated us. Except mosquitos are everywhere. The staff is aware and this is why they posted and advise the guest with posting everywhere about mosquitos. We are already aware of this , that's why we brought our own patches and citronella. The good thing abt the mosquitos is they don't bite us or even roam the head so we were able to sleep accordingly. Room rates are OK. Not expensive, not cheap. We booked poolside with balcony for 2 pax and pay additional for 4 (2K each and 1200 for kid) more persons including my 3 yrs old kid. Food for Lunch and Dinner Ala cart are all awesome in taste with a band singing in front of you. Food is affordable. The resort is clean overall. They maintain and clean all the trash (if any), especially in the beach area. Will be glad to be back again. :)

Excellent value for money, with a kind and accommodating staff!”
We stayed in their Poolside accommodation for three days and two nights. We didn't realize it was a little out of the way from the beach, but it was still a beautiful location near pools and their vintage-style restaurant. We enjoy the location since it has a large area, a good view of the beach, friendly staff, clean pools, and excellent food. They also provide a variety of activities such as kayaking, beach inflatables, fire performances, an entertainment center with billiards and bowling, and a bar with live music every night. With how fantastic our experience and how much fun the restaurant is, we definitely felt like we got our money's worth. We'd come back here again, and we'd bring our family with us.

The facilities is ckean and well maintained. our room is clean however the lights inside the room are not enough, but it was ok. Wifi is strong. During our check in time the receptionist are approachable however we waited a quite long to assist, I guess lack of staffs to assist us going to our room. The restaurant inside the resort was great dining experience! they serve dishes good for sharing, they are delicious! worth the money! I recommend this resort!

Best stay in the resort. Staffs were nice. Clean rooms as well the amenities. Very relaxing place. And the kitchen staff were very nice! I highly recommend their kitchen staff and house keeping staff. Best service!!

We booked in deluxe room but it was upgraded to beach side de luxe room! Appreciated very much! The room is very large and cozy, the veranda is beautiful too. This is my 2nd stay.

Reasonable Price”
Staffs are very accomodating and kind. Facilities are well maintained, clean and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The only thing i didn’t like is their pools are close in the evening. Must be nice to have night swimming. The place is already quiet at 8pm very few people are going out which is kinda sad we still want to experience their sandbar. But overall it’s a great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Whiterock. There are lots to do and the facilities are well maintained. Their staff is really nice but when there are a lot of people checking in/out, they seem to panic and become disorganized and quite slow. I hope their system when it comes to checking in/out would improve. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and still highly recommend it to families who are looking for a relaxing and fun place to stay. Maganda ung place and ung mga room malinis. Very friendly ung mga staff and cla kuyang guard😊😊 ung mga facilities malinis naman and ung mga pool lahat gumagana except xempre sa under maintenance😁 masarap din un foods nila pricey daw sabi pero worth it nman saka ndi lang sya pang isang tao na servings. Ung dagat di nmen natry kc naulan that day😁 pero sarap bumalik kc kids friendly ung mga pools..❤️❤️❤️

Best for family adventure. Except for the slow check-in process, everything is great, food, facilities, cleanliness, services. The wave pool was not open when we got there Saturday. I suggest the hotel do the treatment during weeksdays or less tourists.

Great Subication at White Rock Waterpark and Beach Hotel”
I was quite hesitant booking the place due to some bad reviews. But to my surprise it exceeded our expectations. Price: pricey but Reasonable Receptionist: Everyone was kind and accommodating Staff: Everyone was very courteous and polite (they always greet their guests) Location: was easy to be located (we used waze) Rooms: was spacious and big (although we had a small issue with the aircon they easily sent someone to fix it) Policies: they are strict because there are alot of people who are trying to take advantage of their facilities, its good that they have wrist lets and they count the heads as you enter so guest would be honest with the exact head count. Facilities:1-2 days is not enough to explore everything due to alot of activities and pool to try. I highly recommend the place because the staff were all warm and knowledgeable which made our stay an awesome experience for everyone. thank you Whiterock! our Family had a great time, we have collected lovely memories to cherish.

White Rock is a very impressive development, it is so BIG you never feel crammed or crowded. There are so many quality things to do and they even have a 10 lane Ten Pin Bowling alley. We all were very excited with the thrilling powerful 1800cc Yamaha Jet Ski rides. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. At first glance the food at the restaurant seemed to be very expensive, but we didn't know the servings were good for 3 to 5 people which turned out to be reasonably priced, and it was good, well prepared food too. I was amazed that there are about 10 swimming pools with different themes, something for everyone. We had endless fun and adventure there and we slept the whole next day when we arrived home. The room prices seemed high but considering the impressive facilities they provide it's understandable, you get what you pay for at The White Rock and you get plenty. I have no hesitation in recommending The White Rock to anyone.
