Good room but staff was not helpful ”
They couldn’t find our booking and the lady staff was super unhelpful. We wish they could have provided some guidance to the guests when facing this kind of issue. We ended up paying higher price to book another room.

Service apartment with ABMB feel”
As titled the Apartohotel Manchester has an Abnb feel to it with cooking facilities, and a first for us, a dishwasher as well. There is also an in house laundry which is very useful for long term stay. There is a gym for work outs. The location is central with the st Peter's Square tram station nearby.

Although the room is not very spacious but spotless clean and comfy. Mini kitchen is very helpful for a short stay. Frindly staff , great location and easy access to everything.

Not worth it”
I have no idea how this place got a high rating. My sleep was disturbed on the first night by very strong sounds. I asked to be moved and was moved, but also on another night there was some kind of a strong sound of running water in a tube in the bathroom the whole night. The bathroom space is really uncomfortable. The rubbish bins are extremely small, so after 3-4 nights, since they don't clean your room, you are swimming in rubbish. Hard to believe this place has four stars - how?

Amazing apartments. Eveything was clean and modern. Only weird thing was during my stay, I asked one of the Managers to help me make a call to a sister hotel in Piccadily and she said she could not. When I asked the manager in Piccadily he mentioned they should be able to make a call since it was the same hotel. One of the employees (Sarah) was amazing.

Impolite staff manager at the hotel restaurant ”
The hotel and the room look nice and value to money. I booked this room for my friend and she didn’t aware I didn’t include breakfast in the hotel charges. When she walked in for breakfast, the manager is being rude to her. I feel upset to make my friend feel bad. We definitely know that we should pay but he should be polite to arrange the payment.
