    The hotel&#39;s location was excellent. The duty manager was very helpful and I cannot fault his attention to our needs. The hotel will miss him if he ever leaves.

    The location was idyllic.
    The floorboards creaked, the bed was uncomfortable, the room was cramped and there was a handle missing from the window which let in draught above the bed.
