I will certainly return to your hotel. I love the location - Windsor is quaint, quiet and historically rich. The room is large and well heated this time of the year. The bed is immensely comfortable. One comment though - Coming from Asia, I am used to having a mini fridge, iron, hair dryer and safe in the room. I suppose these are not standard amenities in the UK, which I have not visited in 20 years.

The hotel is billed as being close to Terminal 5, to be exact you need to take a GBP4.50, ten minute bus ride. This is fine if you do not have to wait 20 minutes for the bus to arrive. The hotel is modern and well appointed - just what is required after a long flight and the delays at UK immigration. Although it is directly under the flight path there is absolutely no sound in the hotel. The food is excellent, not cheap but certainly well prepared and presented.

Nice large 2 bed apartment well equipped for a family holiday. Private location with electric gated entrance. Close to LEGOLAND and 1 hr drive to Peppa Pig. 10 mins to Egham station with good car park if you want to travel to London Waterloo ( 40mins ).. although close to M25/A30 it is a very quiet location with large lawned garden down to the River Thames looking over to the Runnymede Hotel. A very enjoyable stay.Welcome pack was a nice touch.

Room was very good and staff were friendly. Did not eat here in the evening but excellent places nearby to eat; their breakfast was very good though. Car Parking was only available on one day of the stay but reasonable parking was advised that was nearby. Would be better if Parking was available for the whole stay and if it was not charged for. Our room was a long way from reception and so if mobility is an issue then I would recommend asking for a room nearer to the main desk when booking.

The apartment is pretty new and clean. There is a parking space for the apartment. Initially I have some difficulties in finding the apartment even all details are written in email. But the host is very nice and helpful, he guided me how to find the key. The location of the apartment is good too. Within 10 mins walking distance you can find the convenient store, cafe, restaurant. Overall we are happy to stay here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we ordered the Windsor Castle tickets online, the lady at the front desk was very eager to help to print them out for us without any charge. The location was only 15 minutes short walk to Windsor Castle. The atmosphere of the reception area was warm, not overly high class, but very comfortable. If you have two children staying in the same room, you might like to ask for a room with double sofa bed. Overall, we were happy that we stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Windsor.

Not very good! After arriving and struggling to park, we then found out we were not staying in the main hotel but in separate accommodation opposite. On a positive note this meant we had secure allocated parking but it would have been nice to know the room was in a separate house not joined to the hotel, bar or restaurant. For us, the accommodation was situated perfectly as it was right next to the train station. However, this did mean noise levels at night were loud with regular train and planes going past but we expected this and it was excellent to in to Windsor which was a less than 5 minute train ride away. The major bad point for us was the unexpected noise of a water tank all throughout the night! It was extremely loud keeping us awake, when we went to the reception to complain there was no body there and we got feed up of waiting. After a day out at Windsor race course, we were unable to even get in to our room as we had a fault key card. Again, after waiting at the reception for a long time, we asked at the bar for help. They also could not find anyone to help but did offer a complimentary drink whilst they got it sorted. After another sleepless night - due to the water tank - we could not wait to check out and were very disappointed that they did not even ask at check out how are stay was, just a comment about seeing us again soon. Our reply to this was 'not a chance' and they still did not question why. If I was not sooo tired from not sleeping I would have complained further but was just wanting to get home to a quiet bed!

Greeted by very nice owner who showed me directly to the room, provided WiFi password gave instructions on locking/unlocking the doors. Room was very clean and bedlinen immaculate. Tea and Coffee making facilities were fine..except the kettle lid flipped open when boiling, and the power lead was not very long, a minor thing and not an issue! The TV was a reasonable quality Flat Screen and the en-suite shower & toilet were excellent. Particularly the shower. This is a perfectly good guest house for travellers and as a base for visiting Windsor Castle (as I was). The Castle is a relatively short drive from AGHH. Despite the road noise, and Heathrow T5 departure noise, I would certainly recommend. Free Parking.

We really enjoyed our two nights at Park Farm and would happily recommend it. Close to Windsor itself and only a 5 minute walk to get into Windsor Great Park (a but muddy at the moment though!). We spent a o lot of time to find the right place and we are quite picky too and Park Farm ticked all of our boxes. Drew and Caroline went out of their way to help and advise and make us feel at home.

Firstly showed up and had to pay again despite already paying in full through agoda. Member of staff on desk made it seem like this was my problem, totally unhelpful. I had to call agoda customer service myself as she didn't even try to help, she was even resentful making it seem like our stupid choice for not booking direct when clearly there was an operational issue here. Eventually agoda customer service asked to speak to front desk where she just shouted down the phone at them saying it was their problem and then hung up my phone on them! Eventually agoda sorted the issue themselves, but the travelodge staff were absolutely unprofessional - the epitomy of bad customer service! Not even the end of it, the window in our room was stuck open so when we returned at night it didn't shut. We had to move rooms but first off the guy on the front desk gave us the key to an already occupied room! He had to run after us to stop us walking in on people!
