A great place to stay over the weekend. The room is good, the pool is well loved by my kid, and the breakfast is superb! It is super good and the best so far I experience. We will definitely go back.

Pros: + room, bed, pilllows are comfortable + nice city view + staff are friendly and helpful. special mention to Mark who helped me with my dialysis solutions. + breakfast is great especially the tapa + convenient since it's near a convenience store, SM San Lazaro and mode of transpo as well. + all in all experience is great Cons - no bidet. I hope they will install it in all rooms -faucet and shower needa to be left open for 30mins. to have warm water which is really inconvenient - need more food variety for the free breakfast - you can hear guests running and shouting in the hallway. room is not sound proof

My son really loved this hotel. He even say " Nanay can we stay here forever" 😅The first time we stayed here, my son and nephews were really amazed specially with the pool view. The staff were really nice and accommodating. The place is kid friendly. Specially the HEATED POOL! I really really enjoyed swimming because of the pool. Whenever I book a hotel the first thing I check is the pool if it's heated. Our most recent stay, we celebrated my son's birthday here. A simple celebration because that's what he wanted. He requested that we stay here again. That's how much my son loved our stay here. We even received a complementary cake from the Manager on duty for my son's birthday. Thank you Winford Hotel for a lovely stay. Definitely our fav hotel here in the Metro.

Weekend getaway”
Kudos to all the staff from parking staff to entrance lobby guards, pool staff and restaurant staff who are courteous, always smiling and freets us whenever we pass by. mr. zondy and marlon are very busy during breakfast but manage to be very accommodating. Cant remember the name of the guy in the pool he is very nice too who took a photo of us. People in the Hotel are treated well. Request: Pls have the pool water heated

Executive Suite”
There wasn't anywhere to place shampoos and other toiletries while inside the shower stall, had to put then on the floor or keep going in and and out of the stall to get what I needed. Also, there was no bidet by the toilet. I think one lamp or light fixture on the side of the bed was not working. It would blink once when i turn it on, but that's it. The staff were very accommodating as well. Still a great stay overall. I wish I could've stayed longer to explore other amenities. I will definitely book again!

Highly recommended hotel”
Worth the stay. Staff are very accommodating, friendly, courteous and attentive when you need something. Unlike any other hotels, you have to call several times and make a follow up several times when you need something. This hotel is not one of those. The place is clean as well as the room. Well maintained facilities and check in and check out has a very organized process. I have no bad taste for this hotel. Kudos to the management.

The place is great specially the staff are all accommodating. I had a bad experience that night because there are some people from the other rooms who are partying quite late. I called to be transferred and they are kind enough to let me transfer… besides that noisy night everything was good. Oh, i wish their food for bf has more options. 😊

The Staffs are friendly ♥️”
We stayed overnight. I love the ambiance in the pool area and the view of city lights in our room. I love the rain shower in the bathroom. The location is very accessible and there is a 24/7 convenient store just in front of the hotel. The food is good. I think the price is cheap know that breakfast for 2 is already included. But the hotel looks classy. The pool water is not cold at night which I love since you will not feel cold even if you swim for long hours.

Im an avid client of winford due to its cleanliness, location and friendliness of the staff. We have booked here for our staycations and enjoyed the cozy feels of this hotel. But during this stay, We have encountered a room that has an aircon defect. Thankfully, the manager on duty attended us and offered us to transfer to another room immediately.
