Affordable and Good location”
Agoda Booking and check-in process is fast. Upon arrival, just inform the receptionist about the booking, present your ID for verification, then they'll give you the room key. The reception area is in the first floor, small space. They sell drinks. The rooms are in the 2nd floor, stairs only, no elevator. There are plenty of rooms available. Room: -with bed, clean sheets and flat sheet as blanket, 3 pillows, aircon, cable TV and remote control, table and chair, wall mounted mirror, telephone, bench for your luggages -very very spacious, has a window with block-out curtains -lights (1 in the door entrance, 1 by the table with the TV, one on each side of the bed); the lights by the table and beside the bed can be switched on/off through the switch beside the door and also another switch on the bedside table. -with smoke detector and sprinklers, fire evacuation plan Bathroom/comfort room: -very spacious -bath towel, tissue roll, soap and shampoo are provided -with hot and cold water in rain shower head and faucets -with toilet bowl w/ flush -with sink (w/hot and cold water also) -no dipper or pail (for the pinoys who use it when washing after pooping); we haven't tried requesting it, so we don't know if it's available upon request -no toothbrush and toothpaste Hotel location: The inn is located in the vicinity of the bus terminal and beside the public Market. So expect hearing the horns of the buses, but it's just minimal. -Lots of vendors outside open 24/7, they sell coffee, pastil (rice with chicken flakes), snacks, and pasalubongs. -with Jollibee 24/7, 7-eleven, Dunkin Donuts, Mang Inasal in just few meters of walking -there's an ATM just beside entrance of the inn. Parking: There's an available parking outside the inn, but it's only limited to up to 5 to 6 cars I guess. So if you have a car, don't forget to put in your request to reserve a parking space for your car. Staff: -very accommodating and responds promptly (receptionist, guard, housekeeping) OVERA

Thisis a great hotel Good location ... right at the Agora Bus Terminal , just immediately outside ---- Great rooms, big comfortable bed, nice bathroom ---- everything is excellent or above par Helpful staff of course, .... many food stalls are right outside the front door ---- jeepneys , buses, tricycles in the area A short trip to downtown areas --- two Malls --- SM (upmarket), & Gaisano with a good supermarket Agora isnt far from the port area 100 pesos by tricycles or taxi --- with frequent Ferryboats to other islands Its great here, our second stay here

The place is very appropriate whether you are a solo traveler or in a group. I could say that almost everything is available herein because it is just a walking distance to terminal (immediately around 10 steps from the door), food (Jollibee, Mang Inasal, SaveMore), and even market. More to that, it is just a walking distance as well to the USTP. Further, the staff personnel are very accommodating and approachable. Perfect score for them. I would say that every time I will go CdeO, I will surely stay here at Winmin Transient Inn.

The location is perfect if you'll be travelling by bus or van in Agora Terminal the next day. There are also a lot of stores around, places to eat and a 24 hr convenient store. I booked this hotel simply for the location but I wasn't expecting it to be this amazing thinking how affordable it is. Clean rooms, great amenities, fast Wifi.

The best! And worth the money”
It has all the best access in roaming around CDO. I can say that because the location and all facilities served its purpose. All of the PUJ, taxis and bus is at the heart of the inn and very accessible to the heart of the city. I was a bit worried at first because of the possible nuisance coming from the bus' horns but it turned out fine. I will be choosing this inn from now on! Thanks for the experience.

I didn't know what I was signing up for, but it really is a pleasant stay in my opinion. The place reminded me of motels from back in America, and it was really great to have a hot shower available again. It's place in the terminal is very helpful because there are so many places just within reach (pharmacy, eateries, convenience store, grocery store, markets, fastfoods, and not to mention the malls are just a ride or walk away). Would 10/10 reccomend!
