Nice location though if you plan to go to tokyo disneyland this is very far and 3 lanes via train. But they were.accomodating to us. Very good hotel. Thank you

Good location”
We only transit for a night at this hotel and found that the location is perfect, just above the Yukarigaoka Station. So we didn't have to drag our luggages too far from reaching the hotel. Pretty convenient.

nice hotel but far away from Tokyo”
It was a very nice hotel - clean and beautiful with friendly staff and delicious breakfast, but the rooms and the elevators were too small. The hotel was located in a new town and the environment was really good. The only regrets were the small rooms and its location. It is far away from other bigger cities. It takes a long time to go Tokyo and the public transportation fare can be expensive.

Great location, only 30 minutes from Narita and there is a hotel entrance from the train station. Feels nicer than regular business hotel, room was larger but bathroom was smaller compared to a Tokyo hotel. Lobby was large and bright, and there was someone there to greet you and direct you to check in counter. You get an actual room key. Amenities nearby include the train, monorail, shopping plaza, and many food options, including the hotel restaurant.

3rd floor - East wing”
Unfortunately, the only available room left for us. This is more of a business style room, with tiny bathroom. After our previous stay on the 9th floor - Main wing, this room was a disappointment.

The deluxe twin room on the 9th floor of the main hotel was great. Bathroom was generous size.

The hotel was good. 2nd time here. Staff were accomodating. My kids had stomach flu and they helped us. But the sad thing is i lost around 8 pcs of clothes i think in the laundry area. Im not sure what happened.it will be a mystery to me for a long time.

成田空港着が遅かったのですが駅に併設されているような立地のためにすぐに休むことができました。 翌日は免許証更新に行き、買い物も徒歩圏内ですませられて海外から短期間でいろいろ買いたいものがありましたがすべて揃えられました。スタッフの方々も丁寧な物腰で三年ぶりに日本の情緒を感じられました。また利用したいです。

あいにくの雨でしたが、駅もコンビニもスーパーも傘無しでアクセスでき、滞在に必要な物を全てそろえることができました。 部屋は清潔感があり、以前気になったシャワーカーテンの臭いも気になりませんでした。改善して下さったのでしょうか？ とても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

全体的に清潔感があり、必要なものがコンパクトにまとまっていて、使い勝手のよいお部屋でした。 立地条件が良く何かと便利。 シャワーカーテンや、未使用時に電源を切っている冷蔵庫は臭いが気になりました。

喫煙室に滞在”
禁煙室の空きがなかったので喫煙室に泊まりました。前回の禁煙室に比べると使い込まれてる感がありました。喫煙室は部屋数が限られているのかもしれません。 前回気になったシャワーカーテンの臭いは気になりませんでした。 緑茶やインスタントコーヒーが用意されてますが、緑茶は味がイマイチでした。 ホテルを出てすぐコンビニがあるので便利です。

使い勝手がいい”
数回滞在しているせいかチェックイン～チェックアウトまでがとてもスムーズで、ストレスがありません。 部屋の中も使いやすいように上手く配置されていると今回改めて思いました。 ただ、節電が求められている中で、あそこまで廊下を冷やさなくてもいいと思いました。宿泊客は一瞬通り過ぎるだけですので。
