Very clean and very friendly”
This is a great hostel in the centre of London. It is well located and spacious. And what was important for me is the high standard of cleanliness and the fact that I found myself in a 4-bed female dorm with an ensuite bathroom, and with every bed having its own light, PowerPoint and USB recharge socket at the head of the bed so that I could ensure my phone was always charged up. Should I come back to London at any time in the future (Brexit and the unfriendly staff at the luggage security check now certainly tell me I won't), I would stay at Wombat again.

Best hostel”
I love this place and book here often. Ensuite rooms, even though shared with the others in the room makes it a much nicer hostel experience. It's always clean, staff friendly and good value. It's so close to central London. Don't forget your free drink voucher when you check in. I've had a squeaky bed some times, but if you report it to the front desk team they get someone to tighten everything back up again. Nothing is too much trouble.

Great clean bed/linen , modern ensuite bath , beautiful room design and wide space , excellent wifi speed , i liked the reception and its lounge together with laptop ,ironing facilities , the night club and breakfast are really great ,i am an expert in trying many hostels in whole europe , i would recommend wombats for any good stay in london ,

Perfect ”
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Wayne who helped us early check-in and handled our luggage storage. The room was big and clean as compared with other hotels in London with similar price. The hotel provided breakfast with price (5 pound per person). There was also laundry service. The only one drawback is that the location of the hostel is soso with around 10 mins walk from underground station (Aldgate East or Tower Hill). Overall, Wombats worths its price and I will definitely choose this brand when I am going to other countries.

Bedroom and bathroom are big and clean. The kitchen and bar facilities are great. The only con is that there is one working lift instead of 2, and on some days both of them don’t work. So good luck if your room is on 9th floor. Overall I would say it is a nice stay :)

Never thought I'd say this but I'm really impressed from the design of the whole premise to the facilities to the ever reliable staff and the wonderful guests who stay here. Initially chose this because it's cheaper than other accommodations in London but I'm really amazed that my stay here turned out to be one of the best experiences in my travelling life. Keep up the good work especially the fun nights at Wombar! Woooh!

+ every room has private bathroom which means that you only need to share bathroom with your roommates. Comfort quite everyone has private locker ( key card door lock system) - not really close to city centre ( 10 minute to underground it's fine)

Extremely Clean hostel”
The hostel is very clean. You get free towels. The locker is also good, and felt quite safe there. The interaction is a bit on the lesser side, though there is a bar downstairs where you could;d meet people. I had an issue with the charging point. There is a small wooden rack right beneath it, which is why my adapter couldn't get in. So I was charging my stuff in the lobby. But overall it was a nice experience.

Good breakfast, good location, helpful staff. Bed sheets should be improved and pillow seemed kind of old and needs to be replaced with a new one. Otherwise everything was good.

Super clean and comfy. The location is not the best, not too near with any station or bus stop... should consider if traveling with older people. But walkable and manageable for young people. Clean. Some of the staff are not too excited to talk to us (esp the guy staff) but all the girls are very helpful and friendly

Good value for money”
Cheap to stay in a good location between zone 1 and zone 2. The only thing is that there is no bus stop near the hostel and you have to walk 9minutes to reach the tube station. Good buffet breakfast for a cheap price too. But if you want to cook, they have a big kitchen. If you want to have a drink and socialise, they have a bar too. The bed is comfy and has a shower and toilet inside the room where I stayed. Everyday there is a cleaner but you change your own linens for the bed if you want it changed. You make your own bed. They also provide towels. It would've been more nice if they have a curtain for privacy for each bed. It is a big hostel so it gets very busy at the front desk. You can leave your luggage after check out.
