          The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were immediately helpful when I had a query. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet despite being on a busy road.
          The shower looked brand new but unfortunately the water pressure was very weak which was a bit of a disappointment for such a lovely looking shower.

          We have stayed here regularly over the last 4 or 5 years when visiting family in Birmingham. We like it because it is a friendly, comfortable and not too expensive hotel.
          If your room is on the main road side, the traffic is a bit noisy for most of the night.

          The staff were very helpful. Room clean and tidy. Parking good. Quiet room at back. Accessible to main bus routes and walkable to hospital.
          The decor and furniture was tired and dark bit depressing. Found the room cold particularly bathroom until programmed heating came on. No disposal bags or disposal facilities obvious.
