Acceptable”

Customer service is awful. Staff is rude, and very hard to even find. Office is closed without any employees the majority of the time They are unwilling to work with any requests you may have.

Spend $10-$20 more somewhere else. Nasty staff and check in after 8-9pm is horrible. I wouldn’t stay here for free

Long term nightmare ”

The water didn't work intermittently for a week. Roaches. Quality of the room was not up to party. The flooring was coming up. The fridge is loud The freezer barely froze ice. Rude staff. Personal belongings were coming up missing. If you are from the hood it might be acceptable but probably still not then. They tried to kick us out for non payment issues that which in turn were fraudulent. Roach motel to say the least. Yes it is a good long term stay hotel however. Cleanliness is next to Godliness, and the Woodsprings is far from it!!
