Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Sobe NY Rentals will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Wynwood Design District Apartments 30 Day Rentals in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation and the person whose name is on the credit card must be present at the time of check-in. A valid government-issued ID of the same person will be required to complete the check-in processes. After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company electronically before arrival and payment is processed. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
