Smooth early check-in, fast wifi, and clean room. Had a good night's sleep followed by a hearty buffet breakfast. This hotel is in my "will visit again" list!

Beware of having food here.”
Be careful of having breakfast here. I was food poisoned after having breakfast and when i reported to them they said its not their fault even after sending medical certificates and that should i choose to come back they would treat me for a dessert. This is such a low class way of handling a complaint. Beware of staying in this hotel.

We stayed for 2 days, food is great and staffs are friendly. However, we didnt request for towel but a room attendant knocked we didnt answer since we thought it was for another room and we’re not expecting anyone. She opened the door without permission. She’s using her own keycard I think. Room is okay, it’s clean, not smelly. Aircon not too cold felt hot at some point. Wifi is strong

The rooms don't have carpets (yey!) so it is clean and not moldy. The staff like the guard and concierge are also accommodating and ready to help. Could have better breakfast options though.

Superb staff, worst parking”
This hotel’s saving grace is it’s location and the staff. Very accommodating, and efficient. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was just ok. But they have the worst parking space. This was the first time I experienced being woken up so early in the morning to be asked by the front desk staff to move my car to a different parking slot. 🫤 some of their slots were also double parking type, so if the one behind you in the parking would have to leave earlier, you would have to come down to move your car. Parking space was also too tight, not ideal for those who would bring suv’s.

Not recommended for family. No pool. We encountered few times of power interruption during our stay which they transferred us to other room. I wonder why it happened to think its a hotel. Breakfast selection was good

My Personal Experience in Wynwood Hotel”
Dearest Staff, I would like to thank all of you for your warmest welcome and accomodation during my 3 night stay in Wynwood. As I arrive in your Hotel, you treated me very kindly and warm. From your Bell Boys who cheered me up, as they know that I will be taking exam the next day, to your sanitary engineers, who made sure that my room is always clean, tidy and has new towels and toiletries. They are very kind and made sure that everything is in order. I also want to say thank you to the servers and chef in the restuarant who made sure that breakfast was good and delicious. Special thanks to servers who made my request possible, since I am not a coffee drinker, I requested for hot chocolate every breakfast, and they had accomodated my request without any additional charge. That really made my day! Definitely, I will be back and recommend Wynwood Hotel to my family and friends here in Cebu. See you soon! 😊🙏🏼

Good value, great location”
Conveniently located between all the major Ortigas malls, and has an ATM and 7-11 behind it for quick groceries. The lobby and rooms are very clean and smell nice, and staff were all friendly. Only wish there was a bigger fridge and more adjustable aircon but overall had a great stay.

Communication Issue”
Hotel Staffs are not effective in communication and responding to their email/social media etc. I also booked my mom (77 years old) for an airport pick-up but nobody showed up. Mom was crying This is hotel is up for money not for service. The only time they contacted me was when they have to charge my credit card.
