Like paradise. ”
I enjoyed the traditional japanese room with tatami mat, which was comfortable! The evenings after Trekking we're incredible. First because of the food which was amazing & second because of the Onsen. For Dinner there we're everyday different kind of raw & cooked fish, Variation of Tofu & Miso soup and small other Things which changed everyday (i eat no meet, but normally, there is also meat). Breakfast was which fresh fruit, Toast, Salat,... Or Japanese Style. The Onsen was great to relax and never too crowded, clean & with view in plants & trees. It was my best accomodation during my trip through Japan& i reccomend it to everyone, who wants to feel traditional japanese "Lifestyle".

we booked that hotel, because there were so many so good words written in the reviews... we arrived and had to wait until 15:00 to get our room. So far alright, but then they said that our bungalow (run of house) was occupied and not available. after making lots of trouble in a not-japanese manner (really load, unpolite and energetic) they told us that we can move to that booked bungalow the second day. the way how the hotel staff managed this topic, was not at all alright. first room of course not alright (small), bungalow alright. breakfast okay, but in comparison what other good hotels offer in Japan, quite lower than standard. Dinner alright, but also nothing so super good. we had to pay nearly 50 Euro per night for our 5 yrs old son, the bungalow had 4 beds which we paid anyway. and for breakfast and dinner to charge that amount is besides the point. I call it cheating... hotel staff always friendly, but always smiling and then not doing the things,...??? from our point of view the hotel is on level 2 points, max 3, but never 4 or above.

We hadden 2 dezelfde Japanse kamers gereserveerd, 1 voor 2 personen en een voor 1 persoon. Ze kostten evenveel dus we verwachtten dezelfde kamers maar de single kamer had geen badkamer, was kleiner en minder mooi afgewerkt. Het personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels dus het was moeilijk om het probleem uit te leggen. Ze hebben een andere (Europese stijl) kamer aangeboden maar uiteindelijk hebben we gewoon een drankje bij het eten aanvaard als compensatie. Zalige onsen wel!

空港近くの温泉宿”
朝食と夕食付きのプランでした。登山の日は朝食をお弁当に振り替えてもらえました。夕食も二日ともメニューが違い、品数も多くておなか一杯になりました。一人旅でレンタカーも無い私にとってはそれでよかったと思います。 温泉も、シャンプーやリンス、化粧水乳液なども充実してました。山から帰った日は帰ってすぐ、夕食後、翌日は朝風呂に入りました。そのお陰なのか、疲れも早く抜けた気がしました。 スタッフの皆さんも親切でした。

気取らずゆっくりできる”
お食事、お風呂も申し分なく、過ごせました。2回目の滞在でしたが、ロビー周りがリノベーションされていて、ゆったりできるようになっていました。今回は和洋室を使わせていただきました。 ベッド周りにコンセント配置していただけると嬉しいです。また枕の匂いの硬さ、高さがやや気になりました。選べるようになるといいですね。

リフレッシュな旅になりました。”
縄文杉登山のため、初めて屋久島に… ひとり旅で何処かにごはん食べに行くくらいなら宿についていてなおかつ美味しいものが食べたいなぁ、と少し奮発してまんてんさんへ予約しました。 途中から登山より、泊まることの方が楽しみで、天候だけが不安視しましたが天候により行けなかった場合の対応なども事前に連絡して聞けていたので安心しました。 いざ行ってみると、思ったより宿自体が古く、壁などに湿気によると思われるシミなどがあったり、お風呂の脱衣所のロッカーのちょっとしたほこりなど、気になる所は少々ありましたが、お風呂が最高！ 疲れが吹っ飛びました。ゴシゴシタオルがお風呂場に付いていて思いっきり汗をかいた身体を洗えたことも嬉しかった！（気になる人は気になるでしょうが、洗濯して畳んで置かれていたので私は気にならないで使えました） ごはんも美味しく（特に白米が美味しかった！）最高の旅となりました。 今回は登山目的で伺ったので海の方や、他の温泉など巡れてないところがたくさんあるので、また是非屋久島に行きたいです！ その際はまたまんてんさんに泊まりたいと思います！

登山帰りの温泉は最高！”
三泊四日の屋久島旅で利用しました。中日の一泊は縄文杉だったので、山に登る前日と、山から帰った日の二泊利用しました。縄文杉までの長い道のりに加え、かなりの大雨、下山の日は晴れたり曇ったりの中、雨や汗でびっしょりになりながらの二日間、下山後の温泉はまさに天国！！でした。 温泉はトロリとして肌触りがよく、露天風呂は開放的で本当に生き返りました。 ただ翌朝の露天風呂を楽しみにしていましたが、清掃中とかで内風呂しか使えず残念でした。 インド系の方が従業員に多くいらして皆さんとても親切でした。日本語もお上手ですね。 廊下に飾られたカサブランカが豪華でしたが、しべが取られていなくて服についたら色が染まってしまうなとか、お風呂から出た時の飲み水が切れていたりとか、ちょっとしたことが残念でした。 浴衣でなく作務衣が用意されていたのも良かったです。

宮之浦岳登山前と、後に利用させていただきました。食事は豪華で、登山前には多かったかもしれません、登山用のお弁当も有料ですが、用意して頂けます。特に、登山後の大浴場での入浴は体の疲れなどを含めとてもリラックスできました。

空港から近く便利で、スタッフの方々も皆さんとても親切、温泉もあり、ご飯も美味しく、また泊まりたいなと思いました。 ただ、部屋がちょっとジメジメしているように感じたので（エアコンの除湿機能でもどうにもできず）、除湿機を備え付けてもらえたらと思いました。
