How I wish we could have stayed longer. Staff and crew were all friendly and nice. Rooms has everything you need. Exceptional service and good value for money! Near bus station and convenience store. Hope i can return back and stay longer. Keep up the good work!

I recommend to visit by car, with public transport it was a bit inconvenient and remote. Breakfast was very nice but the entire place is old and could use a makeover therefore the price was a bit high. However all the facilities are there.

No muss, no fuss Japanese countryside hotel”
If you're used to no-frills Japanese hotels, this is another one. There's not much around it, but then, there isn't much in this area of the country, and the only reason you're here in the first place is for Mt. Fuji. That's not close, but there are plenty of ways to get to it that is easy. Nothing spectacular, but good enough.

We only stayed in this hotel for 1 night in a triple room (non-smoking) at a promo price. The price is reasonable. The triple room is spacious. We initially booked the “smoking” room but made a special request for the non-smoking room. Its great that they tried their best to accomodate your special request and we are happy about it. The location is also nice its just along the main road, it overlooks Lake Yamanaka, And its near a 7 Eleven store and restaurants. Unfortunately, they do not have elevator which could be a little issue for those travelling with heavy luggages.

No Private Bathroom”
The place is near from bus stop, very quite as like in the jungle. This good for you when get this. Only two for note, one is no private bathroom (the bathroom is like Onsen style, not everyone comfort this, and second is breakfast. I think we can get buffet, but isn't. Only 10 minutes to go to bus station.

泊まった部屋にはトイレ・洗面台が付いておらず毎回共有スペースに行っておりましたのでそれが難点かなと思いました。 地味に部屋の設備としてグラスや冷蔵庫がないのも少し残念と感じました。 お風呂が深夜まで入れるのはよかったです。

広い敷地に立地しており、木々が美しかったが、そのため、滞在中、利用可能な大浴場までは少し遠く感じました。

エレベーターが無かった”
３階の部屋でしたが階段しかなくて荷物を持って上がるのは大変でした。 部屋は広かったです。 部屋のお風呂が温泉と書いてありましたが普通の水です。同じ蛇口で洗面にも風呂にも使用するタイプのものでした。 大浴場は別棟にあり、通路があるものの屋根があるだけです。虫が飛び交うし、風が吹けは寒いので利用しにくいです。 総合的に考えると料金の割に設備が悪いと思います。大浴場が別棟なら日帰り温泉とエレベーターのあるホテルを利用したほうがいいでしょう。

合宿所のようなホテルでした。ロビーは綺麗です。朝食はバイキングで和食と洋食出ます。 お風呂は外の連絡通路を通り、こじんまりとしたお風呂でした。ドライヤーやくしはあります。ただ私たちが行った日はポンプに空気が入ってしまったようでシャワーが霧吹きのようにでたり、でなかったりしました。 こんなこともあるのだなぁと勉強になりました。
