Picturesque & peaceful Eskdale retreat”

The staff and facilities at Eskdale YHA are excellent and the welcome was warm. My sons loved the setting and the space to roam around. It is a safe and secure environment where parents can relax a little letting the kids roam around. The hostel facilities are clean, new and well cared for. The nature trail is in need of a little TLC with some things needing repairs, but these are minor considerations when considering the cost of our stay...the location and stillness of the location makes up for that. Somewhere we would stay again if in the area.

Brilliant location for a quiet stay”

The place was lovely and quiet set in amazing grounds with mountains overlooking. Staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities great. Rooms simple but very clean.
