Practical”
I stayed at the Superhotel at Yonago once. I was planning to rebook, but the place was full for our period of time. So we chose Washington Hotel Plaza which is the hotel next door. It definetely not bad especially it is as well right in front of the train station as we are using Yonago as a HUB to Sakaiminato.

Good location”
If you are going to visit Tottori-ken via Yonago Airport, Yonago Station is an important hub to other cities in the prefecture. This hotel is located just opposite to the Station and it is convenient for you to take train and bus. It also provides free luggage storage service which is extremely important for travellers without renting a car, especially important for travel to Tottori-ken because this place is big but scenic spots spread in different places.

Very friendly staff, great water pressure! ”
We stayed at one branch in Yonago but were first in Tottori for the Shan Shan matsuri (festival). I didn't know how to tie the obi on my new yukata, and my Japanese friend didn't either. We went to the hotel in Tottori and they helped us a great deal, lending me strings for my yukata, putting my obi on properly, and even holding my suitcase for me for free while we went to the festival. I highly recommend this friendly hotel, who will go out of their way to help you in any situation.

great hotel. realize that there is a soft pillow in the closet next to the door. the location is within eyeshot of the front of yonago train station, just across the street. i didn't need it, but there was an attendant who knew english well enough to accomodate all of my needs.

Very Near to the JR Station”
It was my first time to travel to Tottori (While I speak Japanese and lived in Tokyo before). When traveling in Japan, I understand that it is rather important to choose a hotel near JR station, and this hotel fits this criterion. It is only around 5 minutes from the main station in Tottori prefecture, the Yonago station. Breakfast is not included, and I paid 1,000 for it. It is not in buffet style, you can only choose one from the 3 options, and the taste was soso. The room is clean and standard, though I found the pillows and the bed a bit old and not really comfortable. Wifi is also available, but I have to borrow a router from the reception. The staff were all nice, and the reception initiated conversation with me in a friendly tone, and provide me with bus schedule, and some other information to the visiting spot, I found it very nice. When I check out, I left the key card inside the room, but the staff did not show any undesirable facial expression and said “It’s fine, no worry”, I found it nice and comfortable. Overall, it is not an excellent hotel, while considering its location and price, it is still a very good choice.

What a relief to get to Yonago after a very long train trip and find out this place is literally a 1-minute walk across the street! Staff was professional and courteous, and the basic room was spotless and comfortable enough. Basic, comfortable accommodations.

The location is perfect, right in front of Yonago JR station. Staffs are nice and helpful though a bit hard to communicate with. However, the hotel is quite old and it was so hot in the room for the entire night.

Surprised by such a great deal”
We got a great deal for our twin room on Agoda so we were surprised how nice the hotel was. It was easy to fine, the front desk staff spoke good English and they were very helpful. We didn't choose to have breakfast at the hotel, but that was a bit of a mistake as there wasn't an obvious cafe open at breakfast time nearby. We had to go to Aeon Mall for a donut.

Room is too small for two female tenants.”
English communication with the receptionist is not well done comparing to the earlier hotels in Hiroshima and Okayama. There are too many cultural activity at nights in August in Totorri but not in Yonago, so next time we will consider to stay in Washington Plaza hotel in Totorri intead of Yonago. For two persons with limited budget, it's better to stay in twin beds room for good nights sleep. Bed sheet was not clean enough for us, so we will not return to the same hotel again.

It's just in front of the train station so access is excellent. The room is typical of Japan's business hotel - compact, clean and quite comfortable. The room can be too warm as it's not possible to switch from heating to cooling. The included breakfast is offered in both Japanese and Western choice. It's not a buffet breakfast. But the portion is enough for us.
