Love this place and it’s owners! Apart from the fact that this place is very homey, clean and safe what makes this place stand out is the friendliness of the owners. Big thanks to Cherie and her hubby and her sister Wendy. The sisters even went out of their way to help me look for houses around Dumaguete City since I am planning on relocating to this wonderful city. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dumaguete.

Difficult to locate. 2 route entrance to their location. We entered at the very narrow road. Try the other way and put some signages on the street to locate you better. Garbages of the tenants not being covered. Garbage area is just behind your car at the parking space. For the house, its complete and clean.

A Little quirky”
Too many signs all day ver the room. We had an ant invasion when we were gone for the day, but we were able to kill them all, they came back, killed them again, they did not return again, but we left early the next morning. Very clean place overall and not ce kitchenette, but no microwave, oven or toaster oven. Should have one of those. Difficult to access road is very narrow and Unpaved at the end. Good value for Dumaguete, but get rid of all the signs…. Just too many…. I am not a child

Highly recommend this place for group travellers who wish to stay at Dumaguete. Very affordable and the place is big enough to accommodate 8-10pax. Ate Cherry is very helpful. She booked our transportation the next day from the apartment to Dumaguete port via multicab. One of our friends even peft his shorts and ate Cherry made an effort to bring it to us the next day. The ambiance of the place is really good as well and very relaxing because of the landscape. The apartment was very clean and organized. They also have food supplies and drinks in the kitchen area which you can consume and prices are very affordable. You can also cook meals since they have a stove and kitchenwares readily available. I cannot say anything negative about this place. Kudos!

The owner, Miss Cherry is very accommodating. It feels like you just stayed with a relative(with the Filipino Hospitality). We are warmly welcomed and even offered us a value for money tours. She even helped us on how to get around the city and what to buy. She is also very helpful and tends to our needs and makes sure that our stay at their place will be worth the while. Highly recommended and will surely book this again if get back to Dumaguete. Thank you Ate Cherry!

The apartment is cozy and suitable for groups. It is very clean and organized. The owner responds quickly on our queries and even let us leave our bags after our check out since our flight was in the evening. They also offer airport transfer for free.

Neat newish tidy studio apartment”
Nice small group of private apartments behind provincial hospital , deep in back lanes of residential houses ( a little hard to find at 1st - gps can do ) . Close to large shopping centre (300 m ) "City mall " , Owners are very nice accomodating couple . Recommend to have a hire car or motorbike as isolate spot from city centre . I will return again , enjoyable quite location away from madding noisy city centre .

Very clean place, 5 minutes walk to city mall where you will find ATM ,supermarket and some fast food restaurants, local fruit market is walking distance, WIFI WAS excellent. The owner live their and they are willing to assist in any way they can

Cherry was very helpful, providing useful information regarding tours and went out her way to help us. After visiting apo island she even let us use shower facilities when we came back (after we had checked out). Would recommend!
