Very comfortable”

Very good, didn't have much of a problem. WiFi pretty reliable in the main hotel. I messed up my reservation and needed one more night to stay, no rooms were available, but they offered me the house out back. Highly recommend it...no internet in the house, but i liked living "off the grid" for a day...plus, jus go to the main lobby if you need internet fix. Jus remember it's a old building, don't expect the "Ritz"...the staff (mother and son) are very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again ;-)

Budget hotel ”

The owner is a 86 years old friendly lady with her son. They are really nice. The hotel is a bit old and humidity smell, but once you turn it on the air conditioner with a few drops of essential oils we were all good!!! My wife suffered a bit saying there’s to much dust, I was ok!!! Thanks a lot for the accommodation!!!

Lovely hotel”

The room size is okay but no wifi (lan connection only) and lift and we needed to carry bulk luggage upstairs. The hygiene is acceptable but the TV received no signal.

The hotel room was very dirty, the internet never worked and the walls are so thin that sleep is a joke. The staff was friendly but never corrected anything but it makes sense because they did not understand English. I had to stay there due to a shortage of hotels because of a major sports event. I am not going back.

It's more likely hostel but separate room. Small parking lot, and hard to find from the main street. Regular size room but a bit smelly and old. I wouldn't stay here if I had another option.

Hotel too old. If you bring car to hotel you they will ask you drop key car at front desk. Hotel hard to find.

Locating the hotel”

Difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, especially at night.

nice location very unclean for JPnese establishment”

checked in a little late so proprietor had plenty of time to get room ready. when we got there there bathroom was unclean, trash not taken out, roaches roaming around, and dirty cups left in room. felt like one of those 3d world room by hour roach motels!

Rough around the edges”

The pictures on the internet are better than reality, saw the cockroach spray in the hallway, quickly did a search for cockroachs and found a lil one hiding behind the curtain. Rooms look like they have not been maintained well.

Dust presents on the table”

The room is basically okay, just not very clean because dust presents on the table meaning. BTW, I can't find wifi signal.

Roach motel”

Horrible. The staff was friendly, but very limited in English. I killed 6 cockroaches in my room and two in our traveling companions room. Staff was quick to get bug spray, but only helped with one. Beds, ac, and shower are traditional japanese, so don't be surprised there. Finally, it was in a back alley, so it looked shady.

2018/414～15　 一泊。　寝るだけだったので、問題はなかったのですが、シャワーが、古い。建物自体が古い。 寛げない、ホントに寝るだけならいいと思います。　バス停が近くににあります。

エレベーターや湯沸かし器がない、設備が古い、車での出入りが少し大変、等々、一般的なホテルと比べると見劣りする点は多々あるが、価格の割に部屋が広いし、他が満室でもここは泊まれる、といったように穴場のホテル。 諸々納得して泊まるなら十分あり。 コザの歴史の生き証人のママさんがとてもチャーミング。

満足でした”

1泊2500円であの部屋なら満足。 水回りが若干清潔感に欠けるかもしれないが、 気にならない人は大丈夫。 あと、冷蔵庫はあまり冷えていない。 洗濯物は300円でしてもらえるので便利ですが、 量次第では追加で300円取られる。 若い人で友達と寝るだけに使うくらいなら十分！

エイサー見るならロケーション良”

旧盆エイサーを見るために滞在。女将さんと息子さんでやっている家族経営のホテル。女将さんも息子さんも気さくな方で印象が良い。チェックイン15時だが、12時に着いてしまったけど直ぐに準備して部屋に入れた。 園田に位置しているため、旧盆エイサーを見るには最高のロケーション。園田だけでなく、山里、久保田、諸見里など青年会の道じゅねーが次々ホテルの近くを通るので、部屋で待っていて音が聞こえたら外に出ればOK。 周辺に食べるところも多いし、5分ほど歩けばローソンもある。 古いホテルなのでファシリティが古いのは仕方ない。一つだけ残念なのは、部屋の清掃が良くないこと。古くてもきれいに清掃してあれば問題ないのだが、その点だけが気になった。
