The hotel was just okay - very simple I'd say. Although the information book said we had complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush, they didn't have and we were told we had to buy our own (not much of a problem since we came with our own though). We were also given only one bathrobe, even though we had booked a room for 2 people. The bathrobe looked shabby and just was low-quality (not neat) tbh. Not entirely sure why but our room was not cleaned on our second day; our fridge was, however, restocked with bottled water which was good. It was cleaned the next day... Luckily, the hotel staff were kind, helpful and friendly. That's the only good thing I can really say about this hotel.

Nice place to stay”
It’s my first time to Jeju island and I arrived at the hotel quite late, but the area surrounding the hotel had so many restaurant and mini market so it’s very easy to find food. The room is nice and clean, there’s a basement for car park, it’s quite spacious.

This hotel is very very clean and comfortable. The shower at You Us hotel the best so far! Also, It takes about 15 minutes walking to ICC. also near to waterfalls place.

My second stay at You Us. One of the two shower heads had an issue but the other one worked fine so it didn't matter. Clean, spacious, good location. I'd stay here again. Friendly staff, too.

ICCでのイベント参加には最適では？”
ICCでの開催された国際会議に参加するために宿泊しました． ホテルからICCまで歩いて15分程度です．一番の利点はレストランが 多い通りに近いことです．朝は歩いて会場に行き，夜はタクシーでレストランに行き，帰りは歩いて帰れます．快適でした．

歯ブラシ、髭剃りなどのアメニティは部屋にほとんどありません。フロントで言えばもらえるかもしれませんが試していません。（私はいつも電動歯ブラシ、電気カミソリを持っていくので。） 浴室はシャワーのみ、バスタブはありません。 WiFiは無料ですがセキュリティなしです。部屋では使えますがフロントでは使えません。 朝食は簡素なビュッフェスタイルで毎日ほぼ同じメニューでした。 立地は値段の割によいのだと思いますが、このホテルの目の前に大きなビルが建設中で、海側の景色が半分遮られていました。また、現在開けている方向にはリゾート団地の建設予定地があるので、いつまで海がみえるかわかりません。 コンセントはSE型のようです。（どちらでも使えるといわれて）C型のアダプタしかもっていかなかったので少しガタつきました。 フロントのスタッフは英語が通じます。

邊角海景套房令人放鬆，4人房間也不會感到擠迫。”
從機場去程可乘坐巴士182於中文郵局下車，下車步行7分鐘到達酒店。回程在下車站的對面,濟州銀行旁乘坐巴士181，車程約50分鐘。酒店近中文觀光園區、西歸浦，景點玩樂也很多，值得推薦正房瀑布。於中文郵局下車的街道，食肆很多。房價也不貴，且房間內床鋪非常舒適，空間感較大，良好冷氣空調。

예약할때 분명 4인 입실이라고 기록을 남겼는데.이불은 2채 밖에 제공을 하지 않았고 1채 추가시 별도요금부과.조식도 시내 다른 호텔보다 음식이 많이 부실하였음.그 나마 중문쪽에 가깝게 있다는건 괜찮았음.
