Best place to stay in Sa Pa!”
We wanted to be walking distance from the centre of town, but we also wanted to experience the peace, tranquility and stunning mountain views that the surrounding areas have to offer. Youth Homestay meets both these needs perfectly. It is just 5mins from town, but is located on a quiet little road and overlooks the entire Sa Pa Valley. The view from the bedroom (and even from your bed) is unbeatable. The beds are soft and comfortable (a rarity in Vietnam!), the bathrooms are sleek and modern with a gorgeous tub to soak in after a long days hike. Internet is very fast and reliable and best of all - the owner/staff are kind, helpful and speak excellent english. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Very nice place to sleep! We stayed there for two nights and the room was just perfect. The owners are so lovely. They are always trying to help and they speak very good English. 10 minutes walking from the city center but just 2 minutes away from the starting point of all the trekkings! The best: the incredible view from our room and the amazing breakfast prepared by the owners. Thanks a lot and good luck in the future!

If you're looking for a peaceful place not too far from the center this is the perfect option for you. Just 10 mins walk from the town center in a quiet area. Nice view from the room. Friendly and helpful owners. Different breakfast options. Clean and cozy room.

It was very nice staying here. It's not very far from the Sapa center. It takes some minutes to walk to the center or supermarket. The host is friendly. She also very supportive and helpful.

Lovely homestay with good value for money”
The room is spacious with a big bath that you can buy local herbal bath liquid to enjoy it yourself. Room almost like a 4-star hotel room, way better than the similar price 3-star hotel rooms around town. Host is a lovely family that both the husband and wife prepare us delicious and freshly made breakfast. We been to Ha Giang and then Sapa and even though Sapa itself was disappointed, this accommodation was the best during our Northern trip!

Comfort with an amazing view”
The apartment was cozy and clean. It was breathtaking to be able to wake up with a view like that everyday. The hosts were nice and friendly. There are lots of cafes around too.

This is a very modern and new homestay. The view from my room is so amazing, the beds are comfy (you can even sleep on the big couch as well), the shower is great. Facilities are in super good condition. The owners are friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very pleasant time here

Quiet and cozy”
First of all, dont worry about the steep stairs! Now there has a lift to go almost directly to the room. The location is not bad, only 10-15mins on foot to the main square, and there's nice restaurant really nearby(yummy, goodmorning view). All of the staff was really kind and friendly, making room up service was done everyday i stayed. Plus they provide the laundry service with very quick and cheap price! But the valcony of my room is little bit narrow(no space for sit).. maybe it's different which room will you select. Anyway this homestay gave me really good memory. Thank you!

I got a room with a queen size bed and an extra bed all to myself. It was spacious, I mean, SPACIOUS. The staff were very accommodating. One thing I just hate about the place is how you get there. You'll have to climb plights of stairs so don't bring heavy suitcases. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there. Will definitely come back again!!

Comfortable ”
I like the customer service there, they are so nice. They have great bathroom, but the location is a bit far and the road is dark. It is a bit difficult to travel in the foggy weather. I still recommend that you should come here. The view is amazing.

The hot water is not working”
The slope is quite high and the stair is kind of vertical so it was hard for us to bring suitcase by ourselves to reach the lobby. Hot water only available around 5 mins then cold water only. I really want to take a bathtub after a long day traveling so it was disappointed. Also, the construction right before the homestay was really noisy.

Bad experience ever ”
Booked a room in this homestay for 3 nights. Our bus came from Ninh Binh early around 3am so I called to check in early. They charged 250k vnd which is fair to us. Second night they told us to move to another room because they thought we check out in that day and let somebody else book our room while we still had one more night. I was okay with that and packed all my stuff to another room. Then I realized that the new room was so messy, look like the owner room i guess. I booked another hotel close to it and told them that i could not stay in that room and check out right now. This had never been happened to me before. How could they be wrong about my check out day. If you read this, do not stay in this homestay. They would let somebody else who pay higher prices to stay in your room and move you to stay in his room. This is so weird.
