    Not attentive hotel”

    4pax staying in a room , 4 futon with different pillow type for some guest. They also provide only 3 cups in the room . No response from the hotel when you email them on some enquiry.

    Reasonable rates, clean room, toilet has washlet. Just the location is a little far from the rotenburo. Walking along the streets of Yubara Onsen at night is safe. As much as possible, speak Japanese. Basic Nihongo is good enough to communicate with the Japanese staff. Nepalese staff is also there for any foreigners who need English-speaking staff.

    今回は、夜ご飯を付けず、朝ごはんだけ付けましたが、朝ごはんおいしかったです。 きっと夜ご飯もおいしいと思います。 浴衣も柄をいろいろ選べて良かった。 階段が多く、奥の方だった自分の部屋に行くまでフロントから登ったり降りたり何度かしないといけないので、ご年配の方とかはフロント近くの部屋を予約した方がいいと思う。 近くにあまり観光スポットはないけど、はんざき(オオサンショウウオ)を見れる施設があってなかなかおもしろかった。

    公共交通で来るには立地が…”

    温泉街の最奥付近、バイパスらしき幹線道路沿いにあります。 今回は2階に泊まりましたが、部屋は道路向きなので反対向きの1階の方が眺望は楽しめるかも？ 公共交通だと宿には最寄りのバス停から急な坂を登って行かないと行けないので、この宿に行くなら車の利用がオススメです。駐車場の入口が激狭なので気をつけて。

    玄関で靴を脱ぐのは良いのですが、雨降りで泥々で汚いと言っているのに、下に降りて来て靴を下駄箱に入れていました。 タオルで足の裏を拭きもせず、その足でウロウロしているのは、どうなのかなと思いました。 タオルを、置いておくなどの配慮が必要なのではと思いました。 傘を使って下さいの一言もなく、裏の駐車場から歩いて坂を上って来て、二度も不快な思いをしました。

    2度目の滞在　”

    1年半前にとてもホスピタリティーにあふれていたのでグループで今回おとずれました。連休なか日であったこともあり、満室で食事のサービスが最低でがっかりしました。悪気はないのですが、すき焼きが終わってしまうまでご飯を4回お願いしてやっと給仕されるという始末。残念でした。寂しいです。

    晚餐是懷石料理，牛肉颜色有一半是黑色的，訂餐時有上官網看細節，非常吸引，入住時完全不同，當晚的魚生，不新鮮，火煱湯底，是清水，菜是超市金菇，不是什麼高山菜，牛肉二片，有肉味，但有半片牛肉變黑色，有一條四吋長小魚，蒸蛋，其他物漬，飯還未吃完，就上雪榚，全餐廳裡只有四個人吃飯，為可服務會這樣子。”

    新奇加徬徨感囉…!!!”

    比較夜嘅時間佢會冇人係接待處…係成間酒店冇人應…好彩我識日文可以搵人求救…最後去咗菊之湯…!!! 同埋我想貴公司處理一下聯絡問題…因為唔係每個旅客都一定打到電話俾佢…佢到當地只會用其他號嘅上網卡…所以最好就係SEND E-MAIL…同埋如果好似呢間酒店係有姐妹酒店嘅…就係酒店介紹嗰度講埋…唔駛等人咁徬徨…!!! 重有呢間溫泉D 水唔夠熱…!!!

    만족한 편입니다”

    숙소 퀄리티는 좋은 편입니다. 가격이 좀 비싼 편이구요. 거리는 시내쪽과는 많이 떨어져있습니다. 이게 매력이긴 하나, 겨울에 눈 오면 고립될 거 같더군요. 방 사이즈는 적당하고 식당은 카이세키 치고는 만족스럽지 못했습니다. 많은 료칸을 방문했지만 해당 지역은 카이세키가 가격대비 많이 떨어지는 편인 것 같습니다. 온천 물은 좋고 온천 사이즈는 작은 편입니다. 직원분들 의사소통은 잘안되나 도와주시려고 노력하는 모습이 좋았습니다.

    대중교통수단으로 가기에 멀어 굳이 찾아갈 이유가 없음”

    오카야마역에서 버스를 두번 갈아타고 약 2시간 30분 이동해야 함. 한국인에게 많이 알려지지 않은곳이라 가봤는데 여기올 바에는 아기자기하고 볼거리많은 유후인 료칸에 있는편이 더 낫겠다는 결론. 야외 온천탕은 아저씨들이 홀딱 벗고 들어가 있어서 깜놀하고 도망쳐옴.숙소 남자직원이 엄청 친절해서 감동받고 돌아옴
