The BEST hotel and onsen in Japan!”
This is the most amazing and BEST hotel in Japan!!!! If you desire a spacious room with lots of traditional Japanese charm, a comfortable and pretty siting area, a balcony with a beautiful view of the Yufu Mountains, a private wooden hot tub and luxurious shower in the room with beautiful local pottery throughout, Japanese coffee beans you grind yourself, Japanese green tea, two welcome hard boiled eggs, a private family onsen for a small fee, complimentary Japanese socks, a comfy and warm onsen yutaka, and relaxation, relaxation, relaxation, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! I want to go here every weekend!

Location is abit away from the Yufu station area and is not within walking distance. It is fine if you are driving. This hotel comes with room type with ensuite hotspring bath, on top of public and outdoor hot spring pool.

Relaxing at the hotel”
Because I can't find review about this hotel too much then I just like a risk to stay but at that time, the hotel is a very nice place! You can relax with the hot spring with private. But if you don't reserve a room with a meal, you should buy some meal from inside the Yufuin before going to stay at the hotel. All staffs are very nice.

Ample parking. Easy to find. No internet in the room, only public areas. Japanese food served for breakfast. Private bath in room for a price which was quite worth it considering the cold weather. Overall, a great stay

Actually. I was a single tourist and had no dinner in this hotel. So I don't know about the menu of this facility. but the service was very good. Although I don't speak Japanese at all, especially a nice guy of this hotel was so kind and very helpful.

Good value for money with very warm staff. Not comparable to famous Onsen hotel for sure but one can feel the passion of staff. Location was good for us as we drove. It us close to the Yufuin commercial area but a bit set back so that one can enjoy the stunning view of Yufuin. There were many types of room so make sure to read the description carefully. The actual facilities and environment matched with the photo and description. However, cleanliness could be improve.

A leisure hotel”
Away from busy Main Street. We drive then should not a problem. 7 mins drive to Main Street. Free parking space and very nice dinner and breakfast. We enjoy our private onsen and don't spend time to public pool. We stay at panoramic room with beautiful view at moutain top. A bit trouble to bring baggage from mountain top to check-out counter. Room size is small compared to photos on web.

Its was a great stay over all, the food is just alright, reasonable and the stuff are very friendly although they cant speak much eng. but the paid privet hot spring is disappointing, seem like no one used it for a long time and bit dirty.

The beds and quilts were exceptionally soft and comfy. The frontdesk could speak no English, but they managed to explain everything we needed to know in the resort by pointing at an English map and with their body language.

We stayed in a room with private onsen (hot spring), it is perfect! The staff is very helpful and friendly, the standard of the bathroom, the private onsen, the room and almost everything are excellent. Nice view of the mountain and will surely go again if I am going to Yufuin!

Below Expectation”
The information on agoda was not clear enough that there was no attached bathroom to the guest rooms. I was travelling with 2 young children and 2 elderly. The information should had made it clear that there were no shower/bath facilities in the rooms. Felt cheated that the rooms I booked for didnt come with showering/bathing facilities when I was not told clearly prior to booking. Would have been better if the information was clearer. I would have made alternative plans.

Staff are very generous and polite. A bit delay of checking in the hotel due to poor communication in between Agoda and the hotel, but so far everything ran smoothly but take time.

Lovely tiny village”
It's a nice stay. Can walk down the hill back to the Yufuin station in 25 mins. Rooms with detail decor. Staff not in fluent English but all very helpful. I must come back again.

We used private spa in the villa type room. The villa I had was just a small hut. It's clean. I like the private spa there. The staff there is patience and helpful. The food in the restaurant is good. I had dinner and breakfast there. Free parking is available

Nice hotel”
Free packing space, easy to reach by Google map, good service, food was delicious. We booked a room with private bathroom and hot spring wooden bathtub, that's was really nice. The view from my room is also not bad.
