Superb onsen hotel”
I was a little worried before arrival as comments here were not very positive but all my concerns were gone once I stepped into the room! It was a Japanese style room (I should say villa) with private onsen. Absolutely spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We were travelling with my husband’s parents and staying at two separate villas and ours was with two outdoor onsen. The water might be a little too hot but there was tap for adding cold water and stirrer to make sure you can enjoy a right temperature hot spring. Dinner and breakfast served at restaurant with fantastic decoration were very delicious (except one tempura dish which didn't really fit out appetite). Staff was very friendly and helpful. One lady spoke English which was rather uncommon in traditional hotels in Kyushu. Location was great. Close to the main walking street and the lake, 3-min drive and I guess 10-min walk. In sum, wonderful hotel. Value for money. Love to visit again.

Great environment with some little flaw on the service”
We spent two nights there. Superb environment, wonderful room with marvellous facilities. We do highly appreciate the attention to details and the effort to create a perfect experience for the guests. Yet, we do feel that the dining experience could be better. We have nothing to complain about the Kaiseki cuisine. On the contrary, the food are quite tasty and nicely presented with a great variety of the local products. However, we do feel pressure of the need to finish the meal within very short period of time, especially in the morning, when we took the 7:30 time slot and we need to finish food by 8:15 to allow the other guests to use the table at 8:30. It was really rushy as the dishes were not served all at once, they were brought to the table during the course of the breakfast. We litarally have only around 35 min. to finish... which is only just fine if we were having brief continental breakfast....

職員服務貼心，到達當天下雨，職員遠遠到汽車聲，己跑到停車場遞上雨傘，並協助提行李。, 一泊二食的早晚餐豐富又美味。 唯旅館的設備比較舊，而且溫泉水十分熱，每次想泡溫泉前都要花上十分鐘加入冷水以達合適水溫。

직원분들 너무 친절하고, 제가 못 먹는 음식들이 있어 따로 말씀드렸는데 전부 신경 써주시고, 정말 기분 좋게 다녀왔습니다. 가이세키가 맛 없다는 평가가 많았는데, 저는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 숙박할 거면 2박 이상을 추천드립니다. 둘째 날부터 음식 메뉴가 바뀌는데, 둘째 날의 음식이 굉장히 맛있습니다. 가족탕과 개인탕 역시 둘 다 훌륭합니다. 어느 하나 실망스러운 점이 없었습니다.

료칸 이치젠, 큰맘먹고 4인 가족 여행 숙소로 골랐습니다. 3박은 하고 싶더라구요 ㅠㅠ 주위가 정말 조용해서 아침에는 새소리가 지저귀고, 공기도 너무 맑고 좋았구요. 객실에 딸린 노천탕도 아늑하고 채광도 좋아서 행복했습니다^^ 가이세키 맛은 막 우와~ 겁나 맛있다 정도는 아니지만 가짓수가 다양해서 부모님께서 좋아하셨어요 ㅎ

다른 평과 달리 킨린호수로 부터의 접근성도 나쁜편이 아니며 수질은 유후인 지역이 같겠지만 좋습니다. 써비스는 비용만큼에 격이 있는것 같지만 카이세키는 그렇게 친숙한 입맛은 아니듯 합니다. 아동에 경우 석식은 스테이크로 조식도 별도로 챙겨주는 세심함과 전체 직원들의 친절함이나 능숙함은 최고의 써비스라고 생각됩니다. 개별 룸에서의 온천도 좋은 경험 입니다.

우선 이날 어머니가 많이 편찮으셔서 힘들어하셨는데 계속 신경써주신 룸 담당 직원분께 너무 감사해요. 료칸위치가 관광하기에 좋은 위치는 아니지만 그만큼 한적하고 여유로움을 느낄 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 개인노천탕이 딸린 객실을 썼는데 부모님이 너무 좋아하셨어요. 가이세키는 고기메뉴의 질이 매우 좋았으며, 디저트가 맛있었습니다. 다만 나머지 메뉴는 비린맛이 강해 호불호가 갈릴 것 같습니다. (부모님은 입맛에 안 맞아 거의 드시질 못 했고 오히려 조식이 맛있다며 잘 드셨습니다) 그 밖에 가족탕, 공용탕도 모두 깔끔하고 좋네요. 지금까지의 유후인 료칸 여행 중 가장 온천을 많이 사용하였습니다. 한 가지 아쉬웠던 점은 체크아웃 후, 택시를 요청했는데 택시가 왔다 그냥 갔다하더군요. 앞에서 기다렸는데도 불구하고요. 관광시간이 30분 이상 딜레이 되었고 가는 길 어떠한 마중이나 인사도 없었던 료칸은 처음이었어요.. 오히려 그 아래 료칸 오카미상에게 기분좋은 인사받고 유후인 떠났네요. 마지막날 헤프닝 빼면 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

엄마와 둘이 방문하였는데요. 저와 저희 엄마는 조금 음침하다는 느낌을 받았거든요. 잘 때도 얼마나 뒤척였는지.. 거의 뜬 눈으로 밤을 지샜습니다.ㅎㅎㅎ 다만, 온천물이나 객실상태 등은 좋아요. 다음에 가게 된다면, 조금 밝은 곳에 위치한 다른 곳을 방문해 보고 싶네요.
