The onsen is big enough for two men and stylish. All the staff are nice and helpful . The only improvement would be the communication over email could be more details and informative . And dinner could be giving more choices or side dishes would be fantastic.

Less people quiet place , 5 minute drive from the town , around 10 rooms in hotel which is a choice if you want to stay away from noises

Decent ryokan, but not quite what we expected”

- Private outdoor open-air bath was great - Staff members were helpful and accommodating - Dinner and breakfast were decent - It was difficult to arrange a taxi ride in the morning (shuttle service no longer available), which can be a trouble as the ryokan is relatively remote from the main village / Yufuin station - Room was quite cold and dry

Excellent!”

A traditional Japanese hotel near Yufuin area. From the hotel to Yufuin center by driving just within 10 mins. It’s around foot of the hill, so it’s good if you drive. Room I booked is western style and the bed is so comfy. The room I booked have Onsen inside the room and also have one outdoor. The outdoor one was really amazing! The amenities provided are good enough(such as toothbrush, cleansing oil, lotion, comb even beauty mask etc). When we arrived a staff helped us for the heavy luggages. I think they have very good hospitality and very welcoming customers. Also one of the staff is from Hong Kong and he explained to us about the hotel very well. Compared to the hotel in Yufuin area the price is very valued for money. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return in the future!

こじんまりでゆっくりできる！”

外国人の従業員の方が一生懸命に丁寧に対応してくだいました。お宿もこじんまりしていますが、風情があり清潔感がありました。部屋についている露天風呂がとても気持ちがよく、つい長風呂に。洗い場が部屋の中にあるので、寒い思いもせずに掛け流しを堪能しました。食事も見た目の美しさはもちろん、味も素晴らしく、お刺身もお肉も美味しかったです。朝ごはんも丁寧で、ちょうど良い量でした。食事処の竹の雰囲気がすごくよかったです。この値段で泊まれた事がラッキーでした。アゴダが一番安かったです。オススメします

会社のスタッフに勧められて、奥さんの誕生日におじゃましました。 ます、スタッフの方々が親切です。 決して高級ホテルのようなプロフェッショナルではないけど、心のこもった接遇が素敵でした。 到着した際の駐車場でのお出迎え、出発する際のお見送り。 お部屋に露天風呂が付いているので、好きな時に入れてすごく良かったです。 誕生日という記念日にこちらのお宿に泊まった事により、更に素敵な記念日になりました。 出迎えていただいた日本人スタッフの方、お部屋まで案内していただいた香港の方、お見送りをしていただいた韓国方、スタッフみんなの一生懸命さが伝わってきて、すごく素敵な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。 ありがとうございました。 感謝。。

湯布院駅からは多少離れてますが、その分ゆっくりと過ごせます。各部屋に露天風呂があるので家族連れには最適ではないでしようか？　少しのお願いと言えば…幼児の食事のバリエーション等の工夫をお願いしたいと思います。

二度目の宿泊です。前回はニ年前に利用させていただき、すごく良かったので今回、 海外での挙式後に寄らせていただきました。 前回よりスタッフの方が減ったのか、忙しそうでした。お料理を出すスピードが早かったように感じます。送迎が無くなってしまったみたいでタクシーでの移動でした。駅前のタクシー乗り場は観光客が溢れてましたが、混んでるみたいでなかなか乗れなかったです。 それ以外は良い休日を過ごせました！ 温泉とマッサージ機で疲れが取れリフレッシュできました！ラムネも変わらずあって嬉しかったです！ありがとうございました！
