Good Location ”

Its walkable distance to Kirin Bridge. About 5 mins. I drove and it was even more convenient. Throughout our 11 days in Kyushu, this modern hotel had the best indoor onsen view. I will choose this again when i visit Yufuin.

Such a great time we had :) two thumbs up!”

We spent 2 nights at this place ( private hot spring included). Bedding was spotlessly clean. Private hot spring inside of our room was amazing! We fell in love with it( took 2-3 times of bath daily! ) Location is little bit further from downtown but we prefer the quiet area so it was perfect for us( they do offer shuttle service from/ to the Yufuin station). Ah! Breakfast /dinner food was delicious :) Most of all, staffs of Ubl hotel are so kind and caring. We are definitely coming back to this hotel for the future. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful suite with big personal onsen”

A suite with beautiful interior and equipped with a big private onsen pool. The room is very clean and bed is comfy. Dinner was great with private dinning experience. The only issue was the continuous water flow in the onsen pool had resulted in the ceiling and blinds turning mouldy and unsightly. Otherwise, it was a great experience and beautiful scenery within the vicinity.

The room with single hotspring is super nice, there’s even a small balcony that allow us to sit outside the room in a private area. Staff are nice as well and the dinner provided are satisfying with this price.

Good stay with high CP value!”

Staffs are so nice and patient, they explained clearly everything to you, and their service was wonderful. You can feel being respected. You can sleep well in winter because the heater is just right :D One thing not good enough is that the smoke of cigarette of the last user was left over on one of the bathrobe. But you can get it changed if you ask the staff to do so.

The food was excellent! We did not regret upgrading our menu to grilled bungo beef. It was delicious! The room was also spacious and clean. We like how it was a fusion between traditional and modern ryokan. We didn't use the private bath much in the room though. The onsen water was not hot enough.

Good hotel with reasonable price. Dinner is delicious. We booked a room with private onsen. Room is spacious and nice, but we can see the onsen facilities are a bit old and lack of maintenance. Overall, good experience with a good deal.

A Beautiful and Quite Hotel”

Nice experience”

Very nice living environment, private onsen is so good!!! It would be good if the hotel provide cold milk ;) staff are so nice, just the location is a bit far from the station but its not really a big matter. Overall very good!
