Immersive cultural experience”
If you want a traditional Japanese hot springs experience, away from the hustle at Hakone, come here! Take a taxi up the slopes of Odawara. The property is at a less-traffic town away from the tourists. We reserved a traditional Japanese style room with meals. They really take care of you, from the moment the taxi arrive the hillside, to the moment you leave the property. They serve with local products from welcome drink to the fancy lobster dinner to the stuff you find at the souvenir shop. Even my hard-to-please father commented how nice the stay was. It was our first Japanese hot springs experience, so it took a tiny effort and Google Translate to understand how things work. We're grateful for this immersive experience of traditional Japanese culture.

Authenthic Traditional Japanese Feel”
If you're looking for an authentic Japanese experience, this place is truly recommended. Had experience staying in few different ryokans before. Some were too comercialized, losing its feel and touch. Oyado zuiyo still has that authentic feel and touch. Was served by a staff name Chloe, great service and very accommodating. The majority of visitors are from local Japan, the ryokan truly provide an authentic traditional Japanese experience. Had a three nights stay, the chef was great, had different kaiseki course every night and breakfast was amazing. Food was very good. Room is spacious, had a private onsen bath in it. Great view of mountains. Peaceful and quiet. A great place to stay. Onsen is great too.

Hotel are goos but got some weird noise at night”
Hotel are good, meals and services are great. The onsens are great also. But got some weird noise at night from both side of walls/ drawer after turn of the lamps. I dont know what caused the noise but me and my wife also hear clearly. I could not sleep at that night, i remeber i was stay up until 4 am. A bit horrible and annoying experience.

リフォームなのか綺麗な箇所と古い箇所がありました。 そのため、部屋内風呂付の客室にしたのですが部屋内風呂がタイル張りでとても古く、寒かったです。また部屋内も少し寒かったです。 接客は親切な方が多くてよかったです。

玄関の見た目やロビーはとても綺麗で清潔感が保たれていたのを感じれた。またスタッフの接客も旅館のアットホーム感が良く感じれた。 だか、部屋のお風呂や最上階の卓球のできる部屋はリニューアルが行き届いてないように感じられました。ですが、マイナス評価ではなく総合でもプラスに感じられました。リーズナブルに利用したい時はまたご利用させていただきます。

箱根と熱海どちらともアクセスがよかったので、2日に分けて観光しました。 お部屋の風呂は、古めではありましたが、それ以外は特に気になるところがないくらいとっても良い宿でした。友達と利用したのですが、また来年来ようという話が出るくらい居心地のいい旅館でした。 風呂は2箇所あって、朝と夜で全くお風呂の雰囲気が違います。私たちは、檜風呂が気に入りました！また、浴衣を貸し出して頂けたので、桜ピンクの可愛らしいものを着れてとても楽しめました。 雰囲気のいいロビーで、お酒が飲めるバー的な物があってウイスキーを飲めたのが個人的にとてもよかったです スタッフの方も皆様人当たりのいい方しかおらず、120点の旅館でした また伺いたいです！

ここのサイトで露天風呂付きの一部屋5万円がキャンペーン価格2万ちょいになっているものを予約したはずなのにね、 旅館から確認電話でそのプランは存在しないと言われ、普通の部屋になりました。 予約をとり直したのに、意味ナシ。 旅館自体は部屋も広く特にお風呂がよかった。 外国のサイトなので旅館から連絡がとれないらしい。 早く訂正してほしい。
