Premium Resort with Exellent Facilities”
Very family and handicapped friendly Resort with activities for everyone. Nice onsen, swimming pool, golf, games, rock climbing for little kids, shops, dining... Good spread of buffet breakfast and dinner. Diners were given choice of timing to take their meals to ensure it’s not too crowded. There’s even a show of tuna cutting by the chefs. Stayed in Japanese style room though small was very clean and comfortable. I had initially thought it would be a shared bathroom but was pleasantly surprised that it has a private bathroom with a sunken bath tub access from the balcony. Easy access to various sights around Shirahama. It’s got a huge car park as well, really good for those driving. Only negative point was that there’s only one lift serving the whole hotel and it would probably be a long wait during peak season.

Big and tidy room, very good buffet dinner with generous supply of beef and sashimi. Drawback is: not included in the list of luggage-delivery hotels, a service available at Shirahama JR station. Clients have to hand carry the luggage if they wish to tour Tore-tore en route. The lockers in tore-tore are small in size which are useless for ordinary trunks.

Everything is perfectly arranged. Just that the room was a bit ran down, but still cozy. Perfect dinner and breakfast. Quality. Near to Shirahama beach.

Receptionlist attitude and buffet meal”
My wife and I were really enjoy at your resort. The receptionlist(gals) is provide the good attitude for us, such as teach me how to go the place and how to take the vehicle in detail explanation. Even we know that no vehicle service at night time, the receptionlist try to teach me in japanese language to call taxi for back to resort. We're really appreciate your front desk staff, she really work hard . For the stay 1 night in 2 meal supply, really surprise that the food is really good. The various type of the food for dinner and breakfest provide. It was satisfation. Overall, the room is really clean in non-smoking room and tidy up.

The hotel service is very good. They sent messages to me after confirming my booking and answered my questions clearly. There is a bus stop close to the hotel. The bus picks up passengers right after we left JR station. The bus ride is smooth and costs 230 yen. The room is spacious and well maintained. The buffet dinner and breakfast are good and serve wide range of local food in both Japanese and Western styles,

Hotel was easy to access, just use local bus to stop at the station S8. The Dinner and breakfast was super good quality with various of food. Onsen has both indoor and outdoor which has an nice view of outdoor onsen. There are free table tennis. The room was very big. If you want the onsen hotel with has a great food and very relax, please choose this hotel.

Newly renovated room and public area. Normal room without bathroom, must go to public bath. Good English staff at reception and very helpful, we requested to change room then he find a upgraded room for us immediately. Excellent dinner and breakfast buffet. We have great time in hotel and don't want to go out.

Hotel is good for family, kid and elderly to go with. many facility for kids and very friendly use for disable people. The Dinner buffet is fantastic delicious. especially the sushi, sashimi and beef. This is the best hotel dinner i have had before from now on. If directly provide car rental services in hotel, it might be great..... (i'm not sure do thay hv) I don't have any complain , only they make a little mistake of my room booking........

Good onsen and food”
This hotel is a new decorated hotel , it is not too far from road , s8 bus stop . We suggest buy both dinner and breakfast , No 7-11 or Family Mart . Onsen quality is ok , room size is big but Only a problem is elevator , it is only one if many guests , have to wait . In addition, the hotel has many areas for children.

Not a new hotel but room is spacious (Jap style). Lots of facilities for kids. Buffet dinner was superb, I think we have almost tried everything local including sashimi and kumono beef.

The room is nice, clean and comfortable, have toilet but no bath or shower in the room. Can go out to the balcony breath the fresh air of the trees. Buffet is very good just short in time, have to finished in 1.5 hours. Public bath is good, very relaxing. Massage chairs are free to use.

Pros: Breakfast and dinner buffet are good. Nice hot spring. Lots of small kids avtivities. Room is big and clean. Staff are nice and helpful. Hotel environment is quiet. Hotel overall is clean. Cons: Staff have limited English. Hotel location is a bit off the main attraction. Room facilities description is confusing - it should clearly say whether the room has private bathroom and facing seaview, a little disapointed of my room booking.

Great ryokan in Kogaura Wakayama”
They have many free recreations like putting golf, swimming pool during summer, massage chairs, foot massagers, Japanese comics, Nintendo's tv game. Great dinner & breakfast buffets and full of surprises too. There's tuna dissection show during dinner. Chef will also serve freshly baked apple turnovers in person. And for breakfast they will serve freshly baked croissant by each table. Only downside is there are full of elderly & childrens, it's a family vacation place.
