Nice and comfortable hotel”
To visit Unazuki Onsen, Yukai Resort is a really good hotel. Quiet and good atmosphere. It is kind and I like the service. Especially breakfast is enough to satisfy the guests. However, it is regrettable that there is a slight smell even though it is non-smoking room and there is no sink in the room. However, the hot spring bath is good and the hot spring waters is also very good. Overall, Yukai Resort is a highly recommended hotel.

Pillow is too high. Bed squeaks when I move. The hotel does not offer free storage, but coin locker. Onsen is free, but I am not sure about water cleanliness. Hotel sign shows different name from agoda web site!! It says.. something ending with Grand Hotel.

Last minute plan. Decided to stay for 1 night at Unazuki Grand Hotel. Honestly i was blown away by the facilities over there especially the private onsen. Buffet dinner was splendid. Will definitively come again in near future. Thanks for the hospitality !

- very big hotel . unlike what you see in the pictures . at least 200 rooms or more - Amazingly great restaurants (dinner and breakfast buffet) . fresh sushi and sashimi - public bath is a bit tiny and old to other onsen hotels, . but water is great and easy to access - limited English communication . thanks to Google translator, communication is OK - highly recommend to all visitors

It's a brand new experience staying in a really traditional inn. The room is lovely. Love the onsen. Food wise am expecting better quality as it's a ryokan but it's average hotel food. Love the town. If you are a nature person, this is a good place to visit. There are walking trails nearby with lovely mountains. Don't expect to find shopping here and mostly local in this area which is unique experience on its own way😀

Hotel room with heavy smoke smell. The location is just about 3 mins walk from the train station. Hotel onsen is nice. Buffet dinner and breakfast are fantastic. Staffs hardly speak English but they are very friendly.

A big resort with an indoor playground for children. Part of the old resort has been renovated. We got what we wanted: a clean warm room, onsen facilities and plenty of choices for buffet dinner and breakfast. Place is popular with locals as well, so can be crowded.

Love the onsens. Crowded but well-maintained. Overall posh ambience and staff speaks English. Meals had a wonderful spread. Would definitely return if I travel to the area again.
