WARNING! DO NOT BOOK OR STAY AT THIS 'RESORT'”

I repeat, DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE! If I could give them less than 1 star for all the categories, I would. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Just for the record, we booked two deluxe queen sized bed rooms for us (couple) and my parents. When we reached the resort, they had no official check in desk. We spoke to a lady over the food ordering counter and she said had our names and booking written down. We thought that everything was all set then she said there were no rooms available. Upon further checking, they realized that they had two tiny rooms with SINGLE beds. Firstly, we said we paid for the deluxe room with double beds and how were two fully grown adults going to split one tiny bed? When they showed us the rooms, it was dirty from the previous guests. DISGUSTING! No refund, No wifi password to contact Agoda, No keys to the single rooms even!! They said everything goes thru the 'owner' but this mystery person never showed up at all. THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Never ever book this!!

Not so good”

The location is very good because the beach is right outside the resort. BUT, The airconditioner in all the rooms were noisy and not cold! Don't stay in Room 1 because their kitchen is right at the back of it and your room will smell like fried fish! The toilet bowl in Room 3 is broken. You have to use the pail to flush. They charge 50pesos for a cup of hot water when they only sell a cup of coffee at 35pesos. The tv is placed above the headboard of the bed. So if you want to watch tv, your head must be on the foot of the bed. There were a lot of things we didn't like but we just didn't mind it so as not to ruin our vacation.

Excellent staff, ideal long beach front, homely feeling”

Excellent staff service , ideal location on the beach, meals available from early morning till late t night(i checked in late from Siquijor via Tagbilaran Port) & had my late dinner here(delicious).. not sure how to describe it but Staff are quite informal & jovial but i noticed some guests take it as being impolite & unprofessional.. Guess they expect 5 star service & facilities when they did not pay for 5 star prices.. ha ha.. this is a guesthouse at the beach.. if u want 5 star, pay to stay at South Palms, Amorita or even Eskaya Beach Resort(~ 20000 php/night).. If u can find further faults at the top priced resorts, then we all know where the problem lies.. Excellent vacation for me..

We booked 2 deluxe aircon rooms for a week. One room was overbooked. Nobody seemed to care enough to kick out the other guest. Instead we were offered a tiny room... The building is old and I maintained. My "deluxe" room hadn't seen maintenance since ww2. The aircon was ancient and noisy. The room overall was averagely clean and looked like something from a super cheap hostel or backpackers lodge. The smaller room we got offered as an alternative was a depressive smaller size of my room. Both bathrooms were a joke of ancient equipment and mould. The yard was littered with dog poop and scrap materials. Their 'restaurant' was an outdoor bar kind of thing with no stock. When we arrived they only had Sprite... Nothing else. This place calling themselves a resort is a sham. We didn't stay even one night and left for another hotel - Same price 10x the comfort... Don't go here, ever. Unless they charge you something like p300 per night instead of their current prices.

Good and quiet hotel”

The hotel is not located in the most popular beach, Alona Beach, of Panglao Island, instead in front of a very quiet but nice beach. As it is kind of detached from the busiest part of the island, it's not that convenient to find too many services around. If you are looking for a quiet hotel and place to relax yourself, this is the right choice.

I reserved a twin bed room. However, there is only one single bed in a small small room, And to complain, brought a broken mattress,,. One night was revealed with a broken mattress in small small room,,. Price is not cheap,,. The owner's woman tells a lie, I will never go again, It is the lowest hotel.
