They did not honor the booking I made with agoda because accordingly they are already fully booked.I showed them the booking confirmation number and credit card validation msg but was turned down.I was asked to return early morning to talk with the manager.We ended up looking for another hotel up to past mid night.Super bad experience since we were travelling with a child.

The money spent is not worth it. I paid for free WiFi but I have to go downstairs to connect to a fluctuating signal. I wanted to work in my room but it doesn't have a table. The room is crappy and looks creepy from inside out. It is not comfortable and the sounds from downstairs and from the other room loudly bang from outside. Again, no good if you want a comfy place to stay. The neighborhood is depressing. It could have been better if they have free breakfast as the name suggests that it is a "bed and breakfast" place to stay. The pictures shown is misleading. Don't ever choose the place, never again!

Unsafe and unsecure”
We booked a 4 days 3 nights stay but we decided to move to a different hotel after 1 night of stay because upon checking in the room they said is still occupied(we called in to let them know that we are checking in early) we waited for like 1 hour at thier very small office. When we where ushered to our room we were told that the floor is still wet, so lo & behold it is literally wet all over😲. We notice that some of the locks are broken & there is a back door with no secure double locks attached to it. On the 1st & only night of our stay a group of guys knocked urging us to let them in (creepy). The next day from our tour we noticed that the aircon in our room was switched off (we purposely left it open because its so humid outside and so when we get back we dont need to adjust the temperature). Then when we are readying to check out, though I forgot to lock the door due to exhaustion a guy just literally barged in without knocking. Pros: breakfast served is good.

Not what I expected....”
Staff was very good specially the cleaning crew. However, problem with the hotel is too many ants and mosquitoes. No closets to organized your clothes. This hotel is perfect for short stays only (1 or 2 days) but not for someone like me who is in town longer than 2 days. Sorry ZTH. I had to tell the truth. If you fixed this problems then your hotel will be perfect. Thank you to your staff who was very helpful and accommodating.
