      Located a 1-minute walk from the Onsen Station on the Zao Chuo Ropeway, Zao Center Plaza offers a free shuttle service to/from Zao Onsen Bus Terminal and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Heated rooms feature an en suite toilet, a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. All rooms come with Yukata robes, a green tea set and free toiletries. Bathrooms are shared with other guests. At Center Plaza Zao Ryokan, guests can rent/store ski equipment on site and purchase discounted lift tickets. After a long day outside, guests can relax in the indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. At a surcharge, guests can also karaoke or get a massage. A Japanese-style dinner and breakfast, featuring Yamagata’s fresh produces, are served at the Restaurant Fressegasse. JR Yamagata Train Station is a 30-minute bus ride from Zao Onsen Bus Terminal. Guests can access the Nakamori Ski Slopes within a 1-minute walk or take the aerial lift located a 6-minute walk from the property to get to the Yamagata Zao Onsen Ski Resort. The property is also within a 25-minute drive from Nishi Zao Park.

      Friendly with nice onsen”

      This wasn't the most expensive hotel in the resort, but it was fine. The room was comfortable enough, with wifi that worked. The staff were helpful and there was a nice breakfast. The hotel onsen was good too.

      Great position ”

      Food as part of half board was good if repetitious (alternating 2 similar meals each 2 nights). Guest are rushed somewhat through meals by staff. Would be much better if their policy was to keep ski boots and snowboard boots OUT of guest rooms - sound travels between rooms and people climbing stairs in boots etc disturbs those around. Staff were helpful and speak English fairly well. Great position next to ropeway!

      素泊まりで利用しました。 温泉がほんとに素敵でした。24時間入浴できるのも嬉しかったです。バスで行ったのですが宿まで全然歩ける距離でアクセスもいいです。

      這次2間房煙味超級重，老闆也沒淨空房間空氣，一進房滿滿煙味，好像才剛有人抽完離開，讓人無法相信，也無房間替換，僅提供空氣清淨噴霧，讓房客自行處理，非常無法接受。”

      跟工寮一樣的房間，還要7000元台幣，真的很不值得”

      房間超級老舊，陽台（如果那叫陽台的話）的門還爛到關不起來。沒有冷氣，廁所還有很重的尿騷味，房間所有的東西都很破舊。 大浴場馬馬虎虎，早晚餐的部分也非常普通，沒有令人驚艷之處。這樣還要台幣7000元，而且是淡季，真的非常非常不推薦！

      位置佳、離便利商店近”

      離藏王 bus station 走路 8-10 分鐘左右，入住時有提供接駁服務，可以請藏王車站裡面的觀光所員工幫忙打電話，就會來接，但 check out 的時候沒有。飯店就在纜車站附近，走路五分鐘，對面有便利商店很方便。 有點歷史的旅館，牆壁感覺有點舊、沒有電梯。如果住二樓、三樓會需要自己搬行李上去。房價含早餐，早餐還不錯，比一般商務旅館好。露天溫泉不錯，泡起來舒服。 櫃台伯伯英文不太通，需要用簡單日文溝通。

      滑雪的話位置很棒！”

      就在中央纜車隔壁，對面就是LAWSON，對面的雪具店雪具雖然不是最新的，但對於初學者或是久久滑一次雪的來說很好用了！而且便宜！一天租金2400日幣。飯店樓下就是有一間桃園餐飲，價格不算便宜，但肉質很好。飯店中規中矩，比較老舊淡但還算舒服乾淨，價格在藏王也算划算的，溫泉舒服有露天風呂。整體很適合來滑雪的人入住！！

      藏王住宿很多間，下次應該不會再選這間”

      女浴池在整修，限制住客使用浴池的時間很不方便。溫泉完全不熱，洗澡的時候非常冷。禁菸房卻有很重的煙味。唯一的好是餐點還不賴。
