Very good service and beautiful ryokan”

This is a very nice ryokan style resort. Clean, tasteful and beautifully situated in Zao Onsen - close to the Zao Ropeway. They have both an outdoor and indoor onsen - both small, but lovely and clean. The rooms are nice, traditonal japanese rooms with tatami mat and futons - the room we got had a great view of the mountains. The owners and staff were all lovely and welcoming. Despite Theis basic English skills and our very poor Japanese skills, communicating was no problem. Will highly recommend this place.

Ms Maya and her family did a great job making sure the Ryokan is cosy home away from home. Delicious food, great hospitality. Truly 100% enjoyable stay. We plan to be back in Autum. Zao Onsen Ryokan is definitely our choice accomodation!

Beautiful Onsen”

Kinosato is located relatively near the bus terminal with a free shuttle service. I am most impressed when we were picked up on arrival at bus terminal (snowing heavily) although we forgot to inform the onsen (very thoughtful). The rooms are big and clean, outdoor onsen highly recommended. Staff speaks a little english and are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location close to slopes. 5 mins. Hotel able to arrange pick up from bus terminal . Fantastic breakfast and dinner.

Thoroughly enjoyable”

Absolutely no complains about this place! Was here a bit early in the season hence there was hardly any snow and many ski lifts were closed. But definitely worth every penny paid for this place. Would stay here again if i do come back for more skiing in the future.

The staff here are very caring. They offered the best service to the customers and made you feel like home. The welcome dessert & tea, the good-bye candies etc were the parts that impressed me the most. The dinner and lunch were amazing. They used premium amenities and the room was neat and tidy.

Homely Great Introduction of Japanese Ryokan Hospitality”

Seems to be a small privately run Ryokan. The great positives: 1. All staff are very attentive especially those servicing us for their breakfast and dinner. We get a great introduction of Japanese Ryokan hospitality. Front Desk Valet was excellent and greeted us at the drive way and immediately helped us off load the luggages into our rooms . He was also most helpful to assist us in clearing the snow from the car when it was snowing hard the night before. 2. Location is just mins away to the Zao Onsen Ski Ropeway very convenient. The Mehs: The room however were extremely basic and toilets and bathroom were extremely small since my husband and children are big sized.

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้ zao ropeway สามารถเดินไปได้ พนักงานทุกคนมีความกระตือรือร้นบริการดีมาก ห้องแช่ออนเซ็นดี มีสองที่ แต่เล็กไปหน่อย ถ้ามีแขกมาก อาจจะอึดอัดเล็กน้อย ห้องพักสะอาด เรียบร้อยดี
