In general. Is a pleasant stay. Staff of the hotel is nice and friendly. Room is not that big and equipment of the bathroom is quite old. Location wise is not that ideal. More for local rather then tourist.

Setback is that aircon in room a bit noisy. Hotel helps to get taxis & tell Drivers of your destinations as most don't speak English. Very nice restaurants nearby & hotel staff helped in recommendations.

Hotel was o.k with good standards and helpful staff. Only problem was it was off the main road down a poorly maintained road in a rather industrial area with no shops or other attractions within walking distance.

Over rated hotel”
Hard to know where to start. Bed hard. Room small No in room coffee making, Can call reception 06.00 -24.00 and order for free. At first they said no hotel wifi but after I insisted they gave me the user name and password. Wifi worked very well. Perhaps a language problem as no one speaks English and my Thai is poor. Breakfast is unusual. Only choice of 3 sets and must order day before with a time to serve. We said 07.00 but were delayed until 08.30. There was our order on the table stone cold. I accept our fault and paid for another American breakfast. Location is out of the way. Most of business is large scale receptions (we were there for a family wedding) and another building with massage rooms and all the extras. Hardly your regular passing tourist sort of place. And there are no facilities such as restaurants or even 7-11 near by. Need a car or taxi to get about as no where in walking distance.

Let me explain why I give it such a low score: Food/Dining: The breakfast was free so i wouldnt ask for too much but i found 4 ants in my sunny-side egg. The cleanness was not ok. Hotel Condition/Cleanliness: Hotel was old but was fine for a 3-star (or lower) hotel. Location: Not convenient unless drive by yourself. Room Comfort/Standard: No hot water for showering. I called the counter but they replied: "all rooms are like this." Staff Performance: Not helpful at all. Value for Money: Way too expensive. It's worth half of the price imo.

I had a negative experience here. the reception were actually welcoming and pleasant. However, the bed was hard, there was no hot water, the drain was blocked, and the air-con was really noisy. I've written tens of reviews and this is my first negative one. I paid nearly 1500 and to be honest hot water should be a minimum.
