          Nice Place, convenient location”

          Will book again because of its convenience (a 2min walking distance to Rob Galleria via ADB side and a little over 3min walking distance to my workplace). Staff were very attentive even if we arrived at past 2am because of a delayed flight. Smooth check in and check out process. Huge place with complete amenities (shower, dining, bedroom was awesome too!) A cabinet is even provided for clothes. Shower gel and shampoo conditioner were provided as well as clean towels. Checkout was a breeze as well. Highly recommended. Thank you to the lovely host!

          Accessible in everything. The tower has their own laundry service that’s so affordable. Cozy and comfortable room. A walk away to Robinson Galleria, 7/11, Watson. Staffs are polite. I highly recommended Zen Rooms.

          I was really surprised that theres an available Zen room just in front of the bldg where I work. I came from a flight and had to take a rest since I had to work the following day. I arrived really late but still, they accomodated me. The room is spacious and with complete amenities. I will definitely book a room again for my next travel. Sir William let my mother stay in the room until 2pm na dapat check out na ng 12nn dahil she have to wait for me. Super bait, thank you again. This is actually my second stay at Zen at hindi nila ako binigo 😅😁. Highly recommended!

          Came back to this place because of the location. It's walking distance to almost everything! The staff is a phone call away and are very accommodating with requests. Water pressure is really strong considering all the water shortage currently happening in the metro. Heehee.

          Our stay was great. Staff assisted us and brought us to our room. However, the one room gave to us was different what we saw in Agoda but it’s fine with us as long as it is clean. The best news is the manager gave us discount for our next booking in zen rooms due to inconvenience encountered in tv cable.

          I had to book in Ortigas for a 3 day seminar. The location is a 3 minute walk from the venue. Everything was great except for the toilet that wont flush one time. We tried for so many times to flush and had to wait until morning so it will be okay. Hope you can fix it for the other guests. We will definitely book again if I have another business meeting or training in the area. We hope to be assigned in a different room with an excellent toilet.
